Very nice renovation. Have fridge. Overall very good, very clean. They also provide water filter at the corridor , can get free water. A little far from Hongik Uni subway but still walkable. Bathroom bathtub is a bit high to climb in for shower, i am 156cm.

I just love the design and ambience here with its co-working space concept. So you will see different kind of peoples doing their work, sharing the ideas, having their meals here. Talk about facilities, They provide very big kitchen for you to cook or meal prep, dining table in and out, many sofas, working desk, massage chairs, paid laundry service with very affordable prices. During cold weather or winter times, heaters are switched on for the whole hotel to keep you warm. I will definitely come back here again next time.

The place was excellent. It was about a 7-10mins walk from Hongik Uni station (Line 2). Theres 2-3 convenience store nearby. The rooms had a nice view and have that ‘industrial’ look with the raw concrete walls. Although there were no amenities the toilet was small, but enough for a solo traveller. The facilities were excellent, i.e. Gym, Laundry area, Massage chairs etc. Will definitely return here one day!

The room was really dirty, and the bedding wasn't clean at all. There were no amenities whatsoever. I knew the bed was small, but it was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep in. To top it off, the blackout blinds didn't even close properly, so I was woken up by the sunlight directly hitting my face in the morning. No slippers were provided either. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and they didn't even offer currency exchange. Honestly, this was the worst experience ever.

The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The room was EXTREMELY unclean to a point where I got sick. As soon as I entered my room, my nose started getting itchy, and as the night progressed, I had a full-blown allergy attack due to the level of dust and stayed up all night using the toilet paper for tissues. (I ended up finding where dust had been caked up and unattended to the next morning.) I had such bad sleep that I ended up checking out at 7 AM just so that I could leave. The other issue I had was that there were smashed dead bugs all over my room - on the walls, on the counters, in the bathroom, in the sleeping area. It's absolutely disgusting that this is the quality of cleanliness Local Stitch considers suitable for their customers. I must have counted at least ten dead bugs. Honestly, there are so many other places to stay in this neighborhood, and some of the ones that are even a whole lot cheaper provide a lot more cleanliness and amenities than Local Stitch. You can visit the restaurants and cafes in the building without booking a room. Just don't stay here.

I stayed at this property from November 6 to November 8 for a total of 3 nights. Booking Platform: Trip.com At the time of booking, I paid ₩811,185. Due to room issues, I was forced to pay an additional ₩450,000, bringing the total to ₩1,261,185. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Issues Encountered; Initial Room Assignment The first room was shockingly small, with only a small single bed and no space to open a suitcase. The bathroom was cramped, and there was no wardrobe. The exposed concrete ceiling created an atmosphere reminiscent of a prison cell6. Charging ₩270,000 per night for such a room is, in my view, unacceptable. Bed and Comfort Problems As I was traveling with my husband, a single bed was not an option. After requesting a change, we were moved to a double-bed room for one night. However, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were excessively high, causing severe back pain. Forced Upgrade and Additional Charges For the remaining nights, I was told no double rooms were available, leaving me no choice but to upgrade to a suite at an extra cost of ₩450,000. Despite the larger space, the suite offered no features that justified a rate of nearly ₩500,000 per night. Overall Assessment I paid ₩1,261,185 for three nights, yet the quality of the rooms and amenities did not match the price. Even considering peak season, these rates are excessive and misleading. The experience felt like paying a premium to stay in a prison-like environment. If I had known the actual conditions, I would have booked a better hotel from the start.

The environment was very clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely choose it again next time.

A lot of working and community spaces but lacks basic room amenities. Quite far from Hongik University Station and Airport bus stop. Their breakfast is good which is nice.

Great hotel close to hongdae main street, easy access to transport such as buses and metro. Managed to travel to other locations in seoul with relative ease. Hotel has washing facilties, cooking area, gym, reading area. Doesn't have coffee in room but has kettle. There is also a cafe in ground floor of this hotel. Will book again.

Everything is fine! Room is larger than I thought. I love to do pilates so it’s very great place for me because there have all pilates equipment in fitness. Only one point I don’t like about it is it a little bit far from central of Hongdae, Normally I don’t care about how far it is but during the period I traveled, it raining all the time. So it’s a little bit uncomfortable for me. But all are good

I have to say, the location on Trip.com is completely inaccurate. It's quite far from the subway station, easily a 10-15 minute walk. The room was also incredibly small; I couldn't even fully open my suitcase, and with just one open, it was hard to move around. There were no slippers or hand soap, so basic amenities were lacking. I'd say it's just barely livable. I was pretty disappointed. While the exterior looked decent, the room itself was really poor. The blinds were the Venetian kind and didn't close properly either.

The hotel itself was great, it’s like a small community, they’ve got some nice cafes, restaurants, community area, laundry space…however it is quite far from most bus & metro stops, slight inconvenience with the location but everything else was great!
