Very clean, convenient for public transport, difficult to locate. Staff in person were helpful and kind but online it was very difficult to get information to access the hotel (access code/ room number). It was pretty stressful and I didn’t get the code until 8pm so plan for that in advance!

Located close to metro station. Enough space for big suitcase. Unfortunately, there was some trash from previous guests.

No hot water, floor still cold even they have heater on the floor, air con cannot use.

Not easy to find

The most disgusting place I've ever been to. Pros: location. Very close to the metro and bus stop. The room has a refrigerator, wardrobe, hair dryer. There is a place to put things. Cons: - Very dirty. Black mold in the bathroom. Dirty wallpaper, dirty floor, stinking towels, no bed linen. - constant humidity that doesn't go away - cardboard doors, a gap under the door. Neighbors break in at night and try to get inside. - bed springs dig into your back. - not enough hangers - dark In general, there is nothing to breathe there.

Towels were not changed, but it was very convenient as it was close to the station!

I often use this service when I travel alone to Korea for beauty treatments. For better or worse, I like the convenience of not being bothered by any service or interference. I also like that I can communicate with the staff via email rather than meeting them face-to-face. The building is old, so its age and dirtiness are inevitably noticeable. During my stay, I encountered two bugs, and the air conditioner was directly above my bed, so I was worried that a bug would fall on me every time I turned the air conditioner on (it did on the first night). Also, I ended up staying an extra night instead of two, but no new towels were provided, so I had to reuse the ones I had already used... The location is convenient, so I think it's a good place for people who don't need a lot!

Some people who expected hotel-level service have criticized it, but I think it's adequate for a guesthouse at this price. I would like to use it again.

Very bad, no sound insulation at all. When someone was awake in the middle of the night and made a loud noise nearby, it was incredibly loud. I definitely don't recommend spending more to stay in a better place.

It's close to the station and in a good location. Advance notice was given as well. It might be a little difficult for those with obsessive-compulsive disorder, but I think it's worth it for the price. It's a single room, so I recommend it for those who want a cheap place to stay.

There is no reception at the hotel. As soon as you enter the building, you can see the doors of the rooms. Accordingly, to get into the room, you need to get information with a pin code, which I was not sent during the whole day when I was supposed to check in. Only at 8 pm I received a message by email, but the check-in time is at 4. All 4 hours I was forced to sit in a nearby cafe and wait for at least some results, because it was impossible to contact the hotel. I called several times from the airport, from the cafe, not once did they pick up the phone. I had to write to trip.com support, after which it turned out that the hotel does not speak English at all. How is this possible if there is a note that this hotel is ONLY for foreigners?! After I got into the room, thinking that all the problems were behind me, a new trash began. I saw that there was hair on the pillowcase. I don't know why, I sniffed this pillow, after which it immediately became clear that someone had clearly already used this bed linen. I wrote to support again, because I was not going to sleep on this. As a result of VERY long negotiations, the owner of the hotel said that it was already late, so no one would come. They could change everything tomorrow. And how I was supposed to sleep - no one knows. For all 10 days that I rented this accommodation, cleaning was never done, although I wrote to support about this, the hotel said that they would clean, but this never happened. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, in which cockroaches were noticed The photos were taken on the first day. I strongly do not recommend this hotel!

The worst. When I entered the room, the futon on the bed hadn't been cleaned, the towels had been used, and there was trash left behind. This means the room hadn't been cleaned. I've stayed in lots of hostels and backpacker places before, but this was the worst. A place you should never stay at. As expected, I couldn't stay there, so I immediately booked another place to stay and left.

They kindly contacted me and sent me instructions via text message. I recommend this place as a cost-effective place to stay.

The room was large and smelled bad, there were cockroaches in the toilet, and the bed sheets were a bit torn. If you only plan to stay for one night, you may be able to get by. Even if there are special circumstances and emergencies that require checking out, the landlord will not agree, and there is no room for negotiation.
