Check in was easy and fast and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel room was spacious with a massage chair , and it was located next to restaurants and shops , the bus is 2 minutes walk as well as the Limousine bus to the airport.

Good service and location..close to convinience store and bus stop.. restaurants is also around the location.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a big TV and a comfortable double bed with heating — perfect for a cozy night’s rest. Everything was tidy and convenient, which made my stay enjoyable. The only downside was the view from the window, which was not very impressive. Overall, a good experience for comfort and cleanliness.

It takes 2.5 hours to get from Seoul Airport to the hotel. The room space is limited and only two suitcases can be opened at most. The hygiene is very poor. The towels have a strange smell and the hair dryer has obvious dirt and insufficient wind power! Besides, the lights opposite the hotel are very dazzling. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep! The toilet mirror is very small and the light is not bright enough. It is completely unusable. Guests who need to apply makeup should pay attention! Moreover, there were women in revealing clothes accompanying people to the second floor of the hotel. Later, it was found that there were no facilities or services indicating the second floor in the lobby! This proves that the hotel's security is very serious. It is not recommended for families or girls to stay here! Also, the hotel only provides two bottles of drinking water upon check-in. Even if you stay for two nights or more, no more bottled water will be provided if there are more than two people! People who mind this should also pay attention! When going to South Korea for shopping, I was worried about overweight luggage and asked the hotel if they had a scale available. The hotel said they didn't!
