The location is excellent. It's close to the station and easy to find. I arrived early and was able to store my luggage without any issues. They offered a complimentary chicken as an incentive for a good review, and there was also cereal and milk available. I didn't order the chicken because I didn't want to feel obligated to write a review. However, check-in is at 5 PM, but due to a busy schedule at the facility, the cleaning was delayed, and I had to wait outside the door. If you want to check in early, it might be a good idea to contact them in advance. There was some mold on the bathroom and room ceilings, indicating a slight lack of facility maintenance. I don't think the price is bad considering the size and location of the accommodation. However, if I had known about the mold and other issues, I probably wouldn't have stayed here, as it concerns health. I'm leaving this review, even foregoing the chicken, because I think the owner might not be aware of these problems.

Clean and well-equipped. Perfect for families or larger groups. The location is super convenient, really close to the metro station, and there are tons of restaurants and a wide variety of large shops nearby.

We stayed from Jan 16-21 and highly recommend this guesthouse. The room was incredibly clean, and it offered a kitchen with utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. It's very close to Hongdae Station Exit 7 (Line 2). There are also CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven nearby, which was super convenient. It really made our trip feel like home. If we ever get the chance, we'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Very well-appointed apartment with a fantastic location in Hongdae. Numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and the subway are right on your doorstep. The two bathrooms were in good condition and a real advantage of the apartment – with comparable providers (e.g., Airbnb), the price for two bathrooms is significantly higher. Overall, excellent value for money.

The location is good, the B&B is fully equipped, basically all daily necessities are provided, and the hygiene is very good. We went with a group of friends and family, and this room was just right. Both rooms have their own bathroom. There are many places to eat and shop near the B&B. My favorite is the pig's trotter lady, which is about 8-10 minutes away on foot.
