The property is new and very clean, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future. During my stay, the only inconvenience was that the sink drained quite slowly, and after it was repaired by the staff, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom for the remainder of my visit. I believe the staff would have been willing to assist further, but due to my very tiring schedule and late arrivals around midnight, I did not have the energy to make another request.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. I rated the facilities 3 out of 5 mainly because the ramen options are not inclusive. All available choices contain meat (pork, beef, or chicken), and considering the diverse range of guests visiting this area—some with dietary restrictions or allergies such as vegans, vegetarians, or Muslim travelers—I believe offering at least one fully vegan ramen option would be a great improvement. That said, I truly appreciate the complimentary ramen provided, as well as the washing machine with free detergent and softener. Even though there is only one machine, it was very convenient and appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and congratulations on the grand opening!
