Great location, easy to find right by the street, and close to the main Hongdae shopping area. The room is small but has everything you need, and the mattress is super soft and comfy! Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!

Good but have room to improve especially on the room sounding isolations

Location is good , however there’s no English information for how to use the wash machine. The room is very small but the bed is comfortable.

Check-in was easy, and they offered luggage storage, which was very convenient. The staff were all super friendly. The room, while not huge, was clean. It felt very safe too, as you needed a password to get into the main entrance, so no worries about strangers just walking in. The hot water was great, and the water pressure was decent! Plus, there's a water dispenser on B1 for drinking water, which is a nice touch.

The hostel is very cleaned, staff are friendly and helpful. it's convenient to walk in hongdae area and incheon airport. There is a clean rest area and laundry room in basement. The room is clean, quiet, a bit small but overlooks the street. Luggage can be stored before checking in and after checking out. Around the hostel there are Olive young, daiso, plaza, many shops for young people. Highl recommended.

The place is easy to find, clean, and super convenient. It’s safe too, so you can come to the concert alone without any worries.

The room was small but well-equipped, and the overall environment was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were limited, but the dining area was cozy and elegant. The hotel is conveniently located near Hongdae Station, making transportation very easy.

I’ve met 2 employees there, both very well managed, good command of English and considerate. I felt welcome the moment I step into the hostel. The bed is soft and comfy. Secure, as they use passcode instead keycard. Nice supply of juice and coffee 24/7 at the pantry. Location is near to hongink station and the happening red-walk. Recommended!

I had a great stay at Hotel Cleo Hongdae! The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked really well, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were always available whenever I needed assistance. The location is also very convenient — it’s right on the main road, not far from the subway station, and only about a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. There are also convenience stores nearby, which is very handy. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hongdae. I would definitely stay here again!

it’s good, near jamsil station, you can walk to Seokchon Lake

The location is fantastic! There are tons of coffee shops and restaurants right downstairs. Yeonnam-dong is just out the back entrance, and Hongdae's main street is super close too. The guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I had trouble with a taxi I'd called myself, and he actively helped me call and communicate with them. In the end, he even re-booked a taxi for me, walked me to the car, and confirmed with the driver. 🥹💕 I had a really satisfying experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next solo trip!
