The hotel is very close to Myeongdong shopping area, and Lotte Duty Free is conveniently located nearby. It's just two subway stops to Gyeongbokgung Palace, so the location is great! The hotel is pretty much like a Home Inn in China – don't expect it to be too grand.

The front desk staff were welcoming and spoke fluent English. However, the room wasn't cleaned daily. Some of the in-room facilities were a bit dated and showed their age, not having been fully renovated. Our rest was interrupted by the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.

The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street. The front desk staff were very friendly and eager to help us. The room also had a bathtub, but I felt it could have been a bit cleaner.

Great location, very clean rooms. The front desk service was also excellent! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Seoul! Facilities: Very good, quite comprehensive. Lots of food options nearby and very close to the subway station.
