During the booking process, this facility has an unusual category system dividing rooms into 'Men Only' and 'Women Only.' This distinction is not clearly communicated, and I mistakenly booked a Women Only room. Upon arriving at the facility on the night of my stay, a staff member told me they would change my booking. While I went out for dinner waiting for the change to be processed, I was informed upon my return that the system would not allow the modification. As a result, I was forced to make a new reservation and ended up paying for two rooms. I take responsibility for not confirming carefully enough. However, this is an extremely unusual system that many guests are likely to misunderstand. When a staff member explicitly tells a guest that a change will be made, only to later say it cannot be done, this feels no different from a scam. I strongly urge the facility to handle such situations more flexibly and to communicate this unique booking system far more clearly. Please be aware that you may end up paying for a double booking. This completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip.

This is fantastic for a solo traveller in a bit of a budget and not staying in the area for too long. Stayed in capsule hotels in Tokyo before and this is exactly the same. Super clean, had decent amenities and free ramen! Self check in/out was super easy - they had languages in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.
