The location is perfect, right near Samseong Station. It's a perfect base for getting anywhere. The room is a bit small but I think it's comfortable enough. What really stands out are the sauna and hot springs. The bath was very spacious, clean, and absolutely wonderful! There's also laundry available and a kitchen. It was a shame that the bed wasn't made during our multi-night stay, but considering the attached spa and the excellent bath facilities, I'd say overall I'd be willing to stay here again. Thank you.

I was a bit worried since there weren't any reviews, but wow! It was incredibly clean and the location was pretty good, so I'm super satisfied >___< It was a really hot day, but the AC worked great. The room also had a microwave, a sink, and even a washing machine! I didn't use them this time, but I probably would if I needed to next time, haha. 100% willing to stay again.. 🥹

This hotel has everything built-in. The shower space in the bathroom is a bit cramped but clean and good.

The location was great and the cleanliness was decent. There were no unpleasant smells either. I think it's a great place to stay for the price. Thank you for the good service.

First off, the staff were friendly and the accommodation was clean, which was great!

This is truly the worst accommodation. As soon as I entered the room, a foul stench assaulted my nose. It smelled like an unidentifiable sewer. The smell got even worse when I opened the bathroom door. There were gnats in the bathroom, and I even found fruit flies in the room. When I looked at the water in the refrigerator, there was water that someone had only half-drank. It gave me a bad feeling. Look at the condition of the bedding in the photo. I couldn't stand it anymore and asked to change rooms, but since there was no contact for 30 minutes even though it was almost midnight, I called back and they said the place was fully booked. They said they couldn't even change the bedding. I gave up and lay down to sleep without a blanket, but then they said they would move me to a different room. They told me to go to the lobby on the second floor to return the key, then told me to go up to the third floor, and finally told me to go to the room next door. (What kind of nonsense is this, past midnight?) It smelled just like the sewer. They claim the concept is "healing," but far from being healing, it felt like I was inside a sewer. The stench is too severe. I wanted morning to come quickly so I could check out. I stayed up all night, barely sleeping. The stench is so bad it gives me a headache. What is the use of a spa when there is no information on operating hours? Please buy some air fresheners instead of leaving weird green tea in the room. Please check the condition of the bedding. You are making excuses that the laundry company had a problem, but do the people replacing them not even look at things like this? I have had the worst day of my life. If you are considering the price, just go to a decent motel.

The location and cleanliness were very good. However, there were times when there was no one at the front desk and I couldn't receive service.

The bathhouse was really great. Perhaps because it was in the basement, there was a slight smell, but I had a comfortable rest that allowed me to revitalize my body. The soundproofing was good, the bedding was nice, and I especially liked that the TV was large. Having an induction cooktop and microwave made it convenient to prepare simple meals, and the washing machine and dryer were perfect for a hot summer schedule.

It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, and the hill is quite steep, but the hotel was clean and comfortable! There was almost no separation between the bathroom and toilet, so it was a bit of a hassle to prevent water from overflowing, but other than that, I have no complaints! Amenities are located behind a door to the left of the front desk, and everything is self-service!
