I stayed for 4 nights, and they provided water every day. The room was very spacious, more than enough for just sleeping. However, the room was quite hot.

This is my second time staying here. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station (Line 5), exits 4 and 5. The building is old, but it seems like some rooms have been renovated, as this room felt new compared to the building itself. Amenities included slippers, but no bathrobes or toothbrushes. They had a system for bath towels: every morning, after using them, I'd place them in a basket on the floor, and by the time I returned to my room at night, fresh ones would be there. They seem to restock two bottles of water, regardless of the number of guests. Cleanliness was generally good; there was only one instance where I noticed a black line on the pillow, but no other issues related to hygiene. I had another comfortable stay.

Small rooms but a bit on the high side due to the holiday season. Nearby suoermarket, eateries and subway station. Nothing much about the hotel.

It was so nice! We had a lot of fun and appreciated how it was located right next to the subway, Photoism, and night market. However, the humidity could be improved on because it was always very humid.

The room's floor wasn't cleaned properly; there were hairs and other debris. I guess the lack of a closet might be due to the room type, but there were hooks on the wall with hangers. It would have been nice if the amenities included hair conditioner. The hotel's location was great, with good transport links.

The location was great and the room was better than in the photos! Really big and spacious. The staff was really friendly and it was in the middle of everything. Will definitely go back!

Stayed here for a concert in Seoul, and the central location was incredibly convenient. It's not far from two different subway stations, which was a huge plus. The room's cleanliness was decent, and they came by to empty the trash daily.

Location & Service by the hotel staff was great! Just a few minutes walk to the train station & hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants & convenient stores. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was not that good. Was assigned to a room at level 2 & the toilet will get stuck/water doesn’t get drain down the bath tub as easily & will clog at times. Noted some stains on the blanket & housekeeping managed to change it right away after informing. Housekeeping was alright, did not really clean the bathtub hence the clogged up water & did not replenish the toiletries/tissue accordingly. Does not recommend travelers to stay at the lower levels as noise from the road/restaurant would be very distracting/loud at night. The view was facing the road so no privacy too if the curtains are drawn. Overall, will only recommend this hotel if you’re staying a day or two or not fussy about your accommodation but for longer trips, highly do not recommend.

Insadong Crown Hotel is a nice little hotel, the space inside the room was huge, the beds were a little short & hard for our liking, but we had a great time & would stay again.

I recently stayed at Insadong Crown Hotel during my solo trip to Seoul, and it was the perfect choice. As a solo traveler, location and safety are very important to me — and this hotel delivered on both. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Insadong, within walking distance of traditional shops, cozy cafés, street food spots, and subway stations. It made exploring the city so easy, even on my own. I always felt safe walking around the area, even in the evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for one person. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to return to a quiet and cozy space to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions about directions or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend Insadong Crown Hotel for anyone traveling solo. It offers comfort, convenience, and great value in one of Seoul’s most charming neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again on my next solo adventure! 🇰🇷✨
