It was alright. Charging was a bit inconvenient. Check-in was only after 9 PM, but that was fine since I didn't need to sleep. It's very, very close to the subway station, probably just a 5-minute walk.

This place is very close to the subway station and convenience stores, making it super easy to get around. They offer free coffee and hot water downstairs, which is a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I experienced discriminatory treatment. The room type I received was not what I booked. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a bathtub, but the room I got had a smaller window than pictured and no tub. The front desk refused to change my room, even though I had booked for two nights. They asked me to check out and rebook for a future stay, yet they assigned me a room that was already occupied. It's really hard to understand the staff's behavior at this hotel. There are many other hotels in the area to choose from, and being able to soak in a tub after a busy day is a top priority for me. Because of this, I'm very disappointed with such a poor experience.

Excellent! The room was spacious and clean. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit inflexible. Check-in was at 9 PM, and you weren't allowed to park before that. Parking in Seoul is incredibly difficult, so I hope they can improve this policy.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was quite spacious. The bathroom had a large bathtub, and the heating was good with hot water. The only downside was that the bedding wasn't clean; there were hairs directly stuck to the pillows. Overall, it's good value for money.

The transportation here is really convenient, there's a subway station just a short walk away. Plus, the price is quite reasonable.

Facilities: Everything you need is available, except for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which you need to bring yourself. Hygiene: Very good. Environment: Tidy, but a bit noisy when the subway passes. Service: Language barrier limited communication, so I can't really comment on the service. I didn't have high expectations; it was a decent place just to sleep.

I had a pretty good experience. They upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. The facilities are a bit older and not as stylish (compared to GMS), but the overall experience was great. There's a subway line right next to the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider that. This could also be why the hotel has a relatively lower rating on Agoda. The location is very convenient, situated between Yeongdeungpo Station and Singil Station.

We like the hotel near the subway station. The room is huge and clean. The staff is kind as well.
