This is my 6th time stay at this hotel the reason i stay here because every time when i go to the concert at KSPO DOME or Olympic hall and ticket link hall just take the subway only 4 station away walking distance from the hotel only 6minutes away lots of restaurant around the hotel and cu convenient store just across the street also the stuff is really nice especially a gentleman call MR.LEE he is very kind person .

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel, it felt more like a motel than a hotel – honestly, in China, this would be a budget hotel or even worse. It would be acceptable if it were 300 RMB a night, but it cost 2000 RMB for two nights, OMG! 1. Upon entering, it felt like a cheap rental apartment. There was only one pair of plastic slippers at the door, God knows how many people have worn them, and it was pretty ridiculous for two guests to only have one pair. Most hotels in Korea nowadays don't provide disposable amenities, which is fine; you can usually buy them at the front desk. But when I asked at the front desk, they said they didn't sell disposable slippers. 2. The most absurd thing was the sink being right next to the bed. Every time you used the toilet, you had to walk to the bedside to wash your hands. This is genuinely the first time I've ever seen a hotel designed like this. 3. The toilet and shower weren't fully separated. Plus, the water pressure for the shower was incredibly low; I've never showered in a hotel with such weak water flow. It felt like I was living through some water-scarce, difficult times. Especially one night when we came back late, around 11 PM, the hot water pressure was even worse. It was impossible to wash my hair, and the water temperature was so low that I froze while showering, even in summer. 4. The bed was just a bed frame and a mattress, without even a headboard. The duvet felt damp. 5. The control panel for the bedside lamp was faulty. After turning off all the lights at night, the panel light remained on. Turning on the lamp would turn off the panel light, making it seem like the wiring was reversed. As a result, there was a constant light shining in my eyes while trying to sleep, which was very uncomfortable. 6. The mini-fridge's cooling noise was unbearable. Every now and then, it would start making a buzzing, low-frequency vibrating sound that made it impossible to sleep, so I had to unplug it. In summary, this is absolutely not the standard for a hotel costing over 1000 RMB a night. It was the first time I've ever thought, 'Maybe I should switch hotels tomorrow.' Please avoid this place at all costs.

One of the receptionists was not very polite, we asked for additional bathroom slippers for a double room and the response we got was "no" without a proper explanation. The aircon was also not functioning properly and was blowing out hot air at night. Only plus point was that the room was extremely clean and housekeeping services were 10/10!

I made a book this hotel cuz I wanna go Lotte world adventure. In terms of that the location of the hotel is incredible. Anyone can go there by walk. And all the things of the hotel was clean. If I have plan to go near this area again, I would like to be here again =)

Its a clean room. Enough for 3 of us. Close to everything. Good customer service 👍

Family has selected this hotel because it is near to Lotteworld. Hotel is walkable distance to Lotte World. There are convenience stores around. Breakfast is provided if you pay. We had a room on 13th floor. We had a double bed + single bed. No frills basic hotel. Air con doesn't seem to work because they shut it down though it gets cold at night. Appreciate the full height window. Should return for the location but the air con issue has to be addressed if this is in summer.

There's a direct airport shuttle service to the hotel, and there are convenience stores and a bus stop nearby. The facilities are a bit old, but overall it's just okay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large commercial shopping mall and Lotte World, both within a 15-minute walk. Transportation is super convenient, with a subway station reachable in under 10 minutes. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about food. There's even a 'Cha Bai Dao' (a domestic bubble tea shop) right next to the hotel!😀 The room was a bit small but sufficient, the facilities were quite new, and the environment was good. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and the front desk was very nice, even giving us complimentary hotel slippers. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Korea!

Great location, extremely clean and neat. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable hotel that offers 5 star accommodation.

Very clean, comfortable, and the front desk staff was very nice. The room had great natural light from the window, and the location was excellent.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff were helpful and the room service was good. It was closely situated to the Lotte world entertainment park. This was good for our young son. There's also lots of small restaurants and convenience, stores around the hotel, so finding food is easy.

The location is great, quite close to Seoul's residential areas, so you can easily find restaurants where locals gather and experience the authentic local flavor. The room wasn't small, but because of a concert happening, the price was a bit high.
