Hotel Newv Gangnam Seoul

Kind and helpfull staff. Hotel are under renovation so some services were not available such as laundry area. Furniture poorly arranged. Couch were under tv. Very well located. Very close to Seolleung subway station, to the airport bus satation, Daiso and walking distance to Starfield and Coex Mall

The hotel is brand new, and it's super clean. Location is also convenient and quite. It's right next to metro exit. Highly recommend for short stays.

The hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations on its ground floor. Consequently, the reception has been temporarily relocated to a smaller room on the 5th floor. Guests must navigate through the renovation site when entering and exiting the premises daily. The hotel room itself is commendably clean and comfortable. However, in adherence to government green policies, the hotel no longer provides amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Furthermore, it lacks a bathtub, which deviates from the illustrative photo presented on the booking platform. Its location is highly advantageous, situated merely 300 meters from Seolleung MRT Station (Lines 2 & 3), offering convenient access to major tourist attractions. Additionally, a diverse array of restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Overall experience wasn’t great. The room was ok although what we got was pretty dusty and towels provided were fluffing. We were also meant to have a bath tub but was not provided with it. The main disappointment wasn’t on the room but rather to the fact that the hotel was under a massive renovation except the rooms (which may have contributed to the dusty situation). We booked this stay back in Oct 2025 and this was not highlighted yet back then. With the renovations scheduled, a little heads up would have been great. When we arrived for check in, there were others who were confused of the hotel’s state and the lobby did not even exist - clearly shocking for everyone. I wonder how could a hotel still operate in such a state.
