The service attitude was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind. The hotel's cleanliness was also superb. They even helped us manage our trash, meticulously sorting it. The host was very patient and helpful. Next time I'm in Korea, I'll definitely stay here again!!!

Qianqian Hotel was truly the highlight of my trip. The ambiance is unique, and you can tell the owner has great taste and vision just by looking at the bamboo at the entrance and the decor in the common areas. I booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious. Compared to the tiny business hotel I stayed in before, which cost over 2000, this room was so much more comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze even though I arrived quite late. The only minor inconvenience is that you have to take the stairs, but given how comfortable my stay was, it really didn't matter. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Hongdae, which isn't super close, but I mostly took taxis anyway, so it was still convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, with lots of small cafes, bakeries, and a small supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. For this price, location, and environment, it was truly a delightful surprise! Highly recommend!

The host was incredibly friendly and let us leave our luggage for two days after check-out. It's only a 15-minute walk from Hongdae.

Thank you for your excellent handling of the situation, boss! Despite a booking error with Trip.com, you wisely resolved it, and we had a great family trip because of it. The hotel interior was spotlessly clean, and I even saw the owner helping with the tidying up. Honestly the worst… I arrived at 3 PM for a 3 PM check-in, and they asked for my room reservation number, then told me to wait. They hadn't even started cleaning, so I kept waiting. At 3:45 PM, they finally told me the cleaning was done and I could check in. Not a single apology for the delay, lol. While I was waiting, the shaggy-haired guy at the counter asked for my ID. He then tactlessly started talking to me, saying we were from the same hometown. I humored him. Then he suddenly asked, “People with money here all vote for the Democratic Party, right? Who did you vote for?” He made political remarks and spoke to me informally (banmal), lol. Instead of cleaning quickly and apologizing, this clueless person started this. I’ve never seen anyone so absurd ㅜㅜ. Get it together, dirty old man, you have no concept of time or hygiene, haha! P.S. There was an Apple TV in the room, and it records all guest sounds… Twin room guests, please be aware~. + The ceiling light fixture was exposed, why isn't it repaired? Also, the wires and unknown electronic devices by the TV looked creepy. If you're staying in a twin room, I highly recommend using a hidden camera detector…!!

This place is in the middle of nowhere, incredibly hard to find, and the surrounding environment is worse than a rural town in China. The hygiene is also terrible; the kettle was filthy and broken. I booked for two nights, but I couldn't stand it here. After one night, I wanted to check out early, but they flat-out refused and insisted on charging me for the full stay, even talking about 'contractual spirit.' Absolutely avoid this dump!!! It's trash, trash, trash, and Trip.com should remove hotels like this.

It's a bit far from Hongdae Station, but there are several buses, which is convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the free meal voucher for a nearby restaurant was a nice bonus. They don't provide toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own, but shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available.

Cute accommodation with a unique design, offering plenty of space. It's convenient if you use bus route 6 daily for transport to and from the property.
