Stayed in room 1822. The view from the window was great. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and convenient. It was easy to get around everywhere, mostly on foot, and the subway was also very close and convenient. There were plenty of snacks and restaurants downstairs too. The hotel had a lot of European guests, and many Japanese visitors as well.

I booked my visa quite late, so the price during the May Day holiday was a bit high. However, I have to say the hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 5-minute walk from City Hall subway station, and the surrounding bus stops are also very convenient, with suitable transportation to any shopping district. The airport shuttle bus stop is also within a ten-minute walk. There's a Starbucks and a CU convenience store downstairs, and many snack shops nearby, including the popular BHC fried chicken. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The front desk is on the 11th floor and is equipped with a water dispenser and laundry room. All in all, for everyday travel, I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to Myeongdong, Seoul Station, City Hall, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the staff are super friendly, helpful, and very polite when answering all sorts of questions. The breakfast spread is rich, offering both Korean and Western options, and the fruits and vegetables are very fresh. When checking out, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, making it easy to grab water. Oh, and you get two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in; any additional water after that needs to be purchased. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be that only one bedside table and the vanity have power outlets, while the other side of the bed lacks one, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

Excellent location! The bus stop right outside takes you straight to Apgujeong, and it's super convenient to access subway lines 1 and 2. Plus, the Hwapojib BBQ downstairs is delicious! You can easily walk to Shinsegae, Lotte, and Myeongdong.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. Although there wasn't a window, the ventilation system was excellent, with efficient exhaust in the bathroom and effective dehumidification. The lighting and temperature controls were easy to use. The soundproofing in the room was superb. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious; while the variety wasn't vast, the quality was top-notch. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Sejong-daero and Sungnyemun. From the room, you get a direct view of Gwanghwamun, and Myeongdong and Lotte Department Store are just a 5-minute walk away. City Hall Station on Subway Line 2 and various bus routes are also easily accessible. The service was outstanding; the staff were dedicated and had strong multilingual capabilities.

Coming to Seoul with friends and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! The location is super convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are new and well-maintained. The front desk service was also incredibly thoughtful. We had such a comfortable stay, and I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time!

Hotel location is quite good if you wanna live at somewhere out of the noise spot but close to food and subway station.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gracery Seoul! The staff were so kind and friendly—made everything feel welcoming.

The hotel is new and very photogenic, and the breakfast is excellent value for money with beautiful views. What impressed me most was the incredibly helpful staff. We left something at our previous hotel, and the staff, who spoke fluent English, seamlessly communicated with the old hotel and helped us retrieve our lost item. A big thank you to Phillip and the lady at the front desk who was on duty on the evening of the 22nd! The only minor drawback was that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

Hotel located at very convenient location, 2min walk to bus station to palace and 10min to Myeong-dong, room is big and clean, staff are very helpful.

This hotel is good but a bit far away from mengdong. The breakfast is very good and will stay there again on next trip.

Clean rooms and well appointed with separate toilet and shower/bathtub. Good restaurants just close by and walking distance to myeongdong

Good service provided by the front desk, cleaners etc. nearby got quite a lot of food choices. 1min walk to bus stop, 7mins walk to mrt station. Will definitely book again
