Nice location you can go shopping around there and transportation, the reception is nice and friendly 

Second visit. Overall, everything was fine and met the expected standard. However, despite booking through Trip.com the same way as my first stay, this time the hotel did not allow me to: -Earn IHG Rewards night/stay points, and -Receive an official receipt for my stay. If there has been a policy change, it seems to have happened without notice. In particular, the inability to earn IHG Rewards points feels unfair (6 nights), as the booking method was exactly the same as before.

Great location , many small shops and restaurant near by Shopping mall under hotel, near subway to airport Love room and bathroom Bright room

I am a repeat guest and always enjoy staying at this hotel due to its convenient location. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The only feedback is that the room cleaning service could be better planned — I left the room twice for about two hours each time, but it was still not cleaned, and I eventually had to wait in the lobby until it was done.

Good location but in winter don’t have aircon, it’s no air in the room and hot

The room was clean, and I had a great view from the high floor. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good sleep on the comfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel staff were warm and professional. The location is super convenient, right next to a subway entrance with access to the Incheon Airport Express. There are also many dining options nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Can’t beat the location. Right on top of Hongik Uni Station exit 5. Located in AK Plaza. Mins away from red road with many shops and restaurants. Room is so clean and bed is comfy. They also provide water bottles. Will stay again

Great location for tourists and business travellers alike! Super short walk to main shopping and restaurants area of Hongdae, and connected to AK Plaza with everything you need as well, including a 24 hour convenience store. Room was clean and comfy with a decent sized toilet as well. Only gripe is that the gym is tiny and not well stocked. Hotel breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about, better off going around the hotel to get breakfast.

Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was very clean. Hotel is closed to metro.

Nice view, easy access to the Hongdae area and located next to the train station.

I like the hotel so much, everything is perfect especially the location. Walkable distance to every single point at Hongdae. Just wanna criticize about the air con, the green switch-on light is so bright and is right ahead of my head, I can barely sleep with such bright light, and the sound was annoying as well…..
