Choosing this guesthouse was honestly one of the best decisions I made! From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. All of my questions were answered promptly, with so much patience and kindness. I truly felt at home during my stay, and even at the end, they went the extra mile and made me feel especially welcomed and appreciated. The guesthouse is small, but very cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant and convenient stay. The location is also excellent. There are bus and metro stops nearby, and the airport limousine bus drops you off just a few steps away, which was extremely convenient. Everything you need is within easy reach. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I have really mixed feelings about this hotel 🥺 First, the owner clearly laid out all the accommodation details, including how to open the door outside of curfew hours, information about the nearby hotel shuttle, and house rules. The email responses were also very friendly. The pros and cons are just so stark. Pros: 1. The location is truly excellent. It's very close to the subway, bus, and airport shuttle. There's a convenience store right across the street, and there are tons of great food options in Namdaemun, including 24-hour restaurants. Getting to Myeongdong, whether by walking or public transport, is super convenient. 2. The price is genuinely low for this area. Although the bathroom is small, it's quite functional. 3. There's a water dispenser and a communal dining area. I think they also offer breakfast, but I had an early flight so I didn't pay attention. Cons: 1. The room is incredibly small. I couldn't even open my regular carry-on suitcase. 2. The hairdryer has weak power and is extremely noisy. I was afraid of disturbing others when using it at night. 3. Since rooms in these guesthouses are very close together, sound insulation isn't great. The owner had posted many signs asking guests to keep quiet, but during my stay, I encountered some really inconsiderate people who were noisy for two hours straight at 1 AM! They only stopped after another guest complained. Other points: the airport shuttle stop is a bit further back, and if you need to catch a flight during peak hours, it's usually full. It's probably better to take the airport express or a taxi. This place is very suitable for those who travel light, have less luggage, and are more experienced travelers. This place is super convenient, the location is amazing! I took bus 6001 from Incheon Airport T1, and in less than an hour, I was at Namdaemun Market. This hotel is right across from Voco Hotel, on the 10th floor. Check-in is self-service. It feels very safe at night with a coded main door, so no one can get in without a code. There are tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Shinsegae Department Store is just a minute's walk away – it even helped me snag a Cartier item! Before, I always stayed far away, and it'd take a 10-minute taxi ride, so I could never get anything. Being so close now, I can see Shinsegae Department Store from the hotel, and I can just walk over in the morning. The location is truly unbeatable. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing the double-bed room with a window. My single-bed room didn't have a window, and it felt a bit stuffy after a shower. The room is small, but there's absolutely no noise at night, it's very quiet. There are free towels and water available outside, and the self check-in is super convenient.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Namdaemun Market, and Myeongdong is just a few minutes' walk away. The facilities are complete, and you can get bath towels yourself. Cons: The window is sealed, making the room very stuffy! The bed sheets had multiple stains; the coffee machine was practically unusable; and for a seven-night stay, the cleaning staff only serviced the room once. I would like to thank Simon for helping me with my questions after I have checked out about my forgotten items 👍 It was very quick and helpful reply. About guesthouse it was very nice place to stay with great view to Namsan tower we really like it, also very clean rooms and comfortable bed made our stay comfortable. There were microwave, cold/hot water, coffee machine available for guests 24/7

The hygiene was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and could communicate in English. It's very close to Hoehyeon Station, and the next stop is Myeongdong. There's also a CU convenience store nearby, which makes shopping quite convenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially given its Myeongdong location. The window view is absolutely fantastic, with a direct sightline to Namsan Tower. Transportation nearby is also very convenient. The only downside for those used to full-service hotels is the lack of complimentary toiletries. Also, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room.

Great location! The guesthouse is just a few steps from Namdaemun Market and within walking distance to the subway and bus stops. One thing we really appreciated was that the building has an elevator, which is a huge plus when traveling with luggage. The room was spacious enough for three people. We had a bunk bed with an additional pull-out bed, and all the beds were comfortable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, and a water heater. The bathroom was clean with bath toiletries, the rooms were surprisingly quiet also. There is a water dispenser in the common area with free drinking water, which was very convenient. Guests are also allowed to leave their luggage in the hallway after check-out if needed. Overall, it's a comfortable, convenient, and budget-friendly place to stay near myeondong and hongdae especially for late (mid-night) check ins.

A small hotel near Myeongdong. 1. Location: It's about 800 meters from Seoul Station, closest to Hoehyeon Station on Line 4, right next to Namdaemun Market, and there are many bus stops nearby. The hotel is hard to find! It's on the 10th floor of a building, and the building's signs are in Korean, which made it a bit difficult to figure out. Had a wonderful few days here with friends in June. The price was very affordable, and since we were heading to Busan for two days, the proximity to Seoul Station made this a great choice. The subway is right outside, but it's also just a ten-minute walk to Myeongdong. There's an old restaurant nearby that's open late, and their tteokbokki is delicious! The bed was soft, and the room was clean, but it wasn't well-ventilated, so there was a strange smell. It was acceptable once we got used to it. There were no noise issues, perhaps because the guests during that time were all considerate and kept quiet at night. The location is very strategic, close to bus stops and the subway. It is also near Namdaemun Market. The room was comfortable, with a view of Namsan Tower. Excellent location, airport Limousine 6001 dropped near Namdaemun Market station and only 4 mins walk to the guesthouse. No one was there to check in after 9 pm but we contacted the guesthouse 2 days prior and informed them that we will be arriving late after 9 pm. They emailed us how to get to the guesthouse along with the pincode to the door of the guesthouse and our room was ready once we arrived and assigned to us with the information near the front door. It is located near the metro station and Namdaemun Market with only a few minutes walk. Restaurants, 24 hours open convenience stores are also nearby. Yes we will stay again here if we ever visit Seoul as it was only $80 CAD per night. The room has AC and attached private bathroom with shower.

The location is convenient. Currently, there's no breakfast. The coffee machine is only available after 8:30 AM and before 8:00 PM. There are chairs and tables in the hallway for eating. The room isn't big and doesn't have a small bedside table.
