The room I stayed in was a VIP room, but the transparent bathroom was a bit awkward. It would have been better if it was swapped with the shower. The facilities were a bit dated, so not very modern. The parking lot was reasonably spacious. On the plus side, the water pressure was strong, and the drainage was good, haha. If you're a non-smoker, it's better to choose another hotel... there was a strong cigarette smell in the lobby, haha. Something came up on the day, so I requested a refund for my 9-day stay, but they just said it was unconditionally impossible. Just go somewhere else~

I stay here every time I come to Korea. 1. I'm impressed with the check-in process. 2. The price and quality are excellent. 3. It's close to the subway station. 4. There are restaurants near the hotel. I hope the hotel maintains this standard of quality and customer service forever.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Seoul. It's a 5 minute walk from the subway. It's in a comfortable environment, close to shops and services, and the bus station is nearby.

The hotel location is really great, which is about 5 minutes walk from the 까치산 subway station. There’s plenty of options for food. In addition, I’d like to give extra compliments to the staffs here. The front desk is super friendly and fluent in English.

I was very happy with everything and staff were great. Felt like a good price for the quality and location. The only downside is there were some stains on the walls and such, but important things like blankets, towels, toilets were all perfectly clean.

It was so dirty. Not cleaned. The service was bad. Waste of money. The bathroom isn't separated and smells really bad. I can not sleep when my partner uses the bathroom. Reason is light, smells and noise of the bathroom in the room

The hotel is near a subway station,lots of restaurants, and a few convenience stores. Overall the location of this was the best everything else was adequate.

the location was though close to the subway station it was not very ideal nothing much to explore around and pretty located far from the ideal districts

We had a good stay at this hotel. Our room was very specious, 5min walking distance to Kkachisan subway exit 3 and buses going to downtown Seoul. If I could recommend one thing though, please make sure the bath towels doesn't smell. The second ones we asked smelled really bad so we had to ask for another set. But overall it was a great stay and good value for money.

Very good Hotel but its also very far from seoul downtown, had to stay there during chuseok and i would do it again if i didn't need to go to the city center

Good hotel. Smoke smell in the room but that was known. Bathroom was very clean. Close to metro and food. Room was really warm.

Generally the hotel was met minimum cleanliness standards. First and foremost we had asked for 2 single beds as i was travelling with my son. The hotel does not have such a configuration despite Trip.com offering that option. I did not like the bath and WC. It was like a studio apartment with the bed, bath and WC in one room. Anyone in th WC and shower could be seen thru a translucent glass, about 30% see thru. It would have been totally in appropriate if I was travelling with my daughter or another male. With my wife would have been fine.
