Cleanliness average as can see long hair left in the toilet. Body lotion not top up after housekeeping and when asked for top up, the staff requested to show the empty bottle as proof of usage. Very unpleasant! Location not bad in terms of many eatery nearby.

設施：比較齊全，餐廳在B1，旁邊還有公共廁所，很方便～
衞生：打掃的挺乾淨的，這一點比較滿意
環境：還不錯，樓下就有GS25，而且附近有很多好吃的小店，對面還有olive young，貨品也挺齊全
服務：不錯，可以寄存行李，而且走的時候還可以問前台要免費的水

Room Amenities can be further improved. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Have to purchase it from the hotel lobby counter ourselves.

Stayed 6 days at Arirang Hill Hotel Dongdaemun. The room was very clean, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The location is convenient. Sungshin Women’s University Station is just about 150 meters away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and pharmacies nearby.
An added bonus: the café downstairs offers discounts for hotel guests, which was a lovely touch.
Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Seoul!

Great hotel! Close to public transport with bus stop at your doorstep and 2 mins to metro station. Room js clean and spacious. Will definitely come back again, received perfect service from hotel staffs.

Room was clean and staff was really friendly. They helped us to book our airport transport as we were checking out. Location of the hotel is also less than a min walk to the train stn. And the best part, it's opposite an Olive Young so no need to fight through a crowd in myeongdong or seongsu.

朋友推薦的，地鐵口很近，交通方便，不遠是步行街，吃飯購物選擇多，性價比超高。房間乾淨，略緊湊不過夠用。就是大廳的沙發座椅有污漬需要清洗了。
