A good guesthouse with friendly hosts. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, especially considering we only slept in the room and were out exploring for most of the day. Everything was good. The bathroom was unique though!

This mini-hotel feels more like a guesthouse. It's located directly opposite DDP. The photo was taken near the hotel. It has its pros and cons; the subway is very close, and the room is tiny, but I didn't come to Seoul to sit in my room. The bed is comfortable, and the linen is wonderful. The kettle is in the communal kitchen, but that's not an issue. For this price, it's very good accommodation.

Although we had some miscommunication, the hosts were very accommodating. The room is spacious more than you would expect it to be. The location is also very good, as the bus stop from the airport is right in front and also there were 3 metros nearby which covers a lot of routes for those that plan on going to different area everyday. Overall, a great experience for budget travellers or those that want easy access to public transportation.

The location is excellent, especially for wholesale buyers. Do note there are no elevators, so you'll need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Trash needs to be sorted and placed in the common area on the second floor. The room had a strong bleach smell and the bed was a bit old, but bringing my own sleeping bag made it fine, especially considering the very low price. The owner even helped carry my luggage downstairs during checkout. The most convenient part is that the airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of the building on the ground floor.

I messaged them with a special request because I couldn't go straight to the hotel and wouldn't make the 11 PM check-in. It took a while to hear back, which made me quite anxious. It seems to take a day or two to get a reply for a single query, so if you have concerns, ask them all at once and well in advance. I couldn't stop by the hotel before a live event, so I tried to use a luggage storage service, but they said they couldn't accommodate me because I wouldn't be there for 24 hours. I wonder if it would have been okay to leave my suitcase if I had checked in first. The shower and toilet were together in a small space, which felt a bit cramped. Given the low price, this is probably to be expected. The stairs were steep, and carrying my suitcase up was a struggle, but a woman (I assume the owner's wife) saw me standing at the entrance and helped me carry it. She also showed me how to unlock the door. When I checked out, I saw a man (I assume the owner), but he seemed a bit unfriendly. Still, the location is convenient, so it's a good option for those looking for an inexpensive stay.

The location is super convenient! There's an airport bus stop right outside, and Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station is just a 3-minute walk away. There's a CU convenience store next door, and an E-mart 24 about a 2-minute walk. The only tiny drawback is that the guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, but if the owners are around, they're happy to help with luggage.

Outstanding location, next to few metro lines, even the airport bus has a stop in front of the homestay. The room is ok, good bed and decent size and bathroom. The hosts didn’t really interact with us but were friendly. Good value for money for a short Seul stay.

Steep stairs to reach the rooms. Right outside the hostel are yellow tents which sell many goods so the street can be quite hectic to navigate at night.

There was still food left in the fridge from the previous guest that hadn't been thrown out, and nothing was done about it even after I mentioned it. Food I put in the fridge on the second floor was eaten, and again, nothing was done, with the staff only saying that if it's left there, it might get eaten...

The front desk staff were really kind and even helped me carry my suitcase up the steep stairs. There's a microwave and kettle near the reception, and you're asked to take your own trash there when you check out. My room had a TV, fridge, heater, and AC, but I couldn't find the remote for the AC. The heater worked quickly, though, and warmed up the room right away. The shower head was positioned quite high, which made it a bit awkward to use since I'm not very tall. The location is super convenient, right in front of the Dongdaemun night market with its yellow tents, and the subway station is close by.

The location is fantastic, which makes up for most of the minor inconveniences. It's really convenient to have a guesthouse where you can easily drop off heavy luggage and head back out. The room itself was spacious and clean. The only challenging part was the steep staircase right inside the entrance, as there's no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up. On the way out, an 'ajusshi' (older man) helped me carry it down, which was a huge help. They also let me store my luggage after check-out, and with the airport limousine bus stop right outside, I could explore unencumbered until the very last minute, which was great.

The location couldn’t be better. Everything was super accesible to the subway, buses and everything. The staff was so friendly and I could leave my suitcase even when I check out for a couple of hours. I would stay here again.

Located just a 1-2 minute walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, the surrounding area was incredibly convenient. With convenience stores, Olive Young, cafes, and various shopping facilities all nearby, we lacked nothing during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
