The room was a bit small, and the breakfast selection was limited and just okay. However, it's very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient, and you can walk to the COEX exhibition center. The room itself was quite new and clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, it doesn't quite meet a four-star standard.

The hotel’s location was ideal for my business trip. However, the absence of an electric kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel and I enjoyed my stay.

The room's location is great, making it convenient to get around, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the service was quite ordinary. I remember the front desk staff insisting I use the self-check-in kiosk, which left a really bad impression.

It was a pleasure to visit Seoul again for an event at COEX. Staying in the same hotel felt familiar, and being used to the area made it easy to find great food around.

Breakfast was free, so we decided to try it, but there were very limited food options available — mostly just bread and bakery items. The location was also a bit inconvenient.

I specifically asked about luggage storage when I checked in and clearly told the receptionist the exact dates when I would need to leave my suitcase at the hotel. He confirmed that it would be possible. Based on this information, I planned my departure day accordingly. I calculated my timing so that I could simply leave my suitcase at the hotel and go straight to the airport. Otherwise, I would have needed extra time to find luggage storage elsewhere. Leaving luggage for several days can be expensive, especially near smaller airports, and finding a safe, reasonably priced place takes time and effort. However, when I checked out, a different receptionist told me that leaving my suitcase at the hotel was not possible. I explained that I had specifically confirmed this at check-in and even asked whether there was any alternative, such as storing it in another room, but every option was refused. As a result, I had to urgently search for another place to leave my luggage and almost missed my flight. The issue is not that the hotel doesn’t provide luggage storage—every hotel has its own policies. The problem is that I was given incorrect information at check-in, relied on it, and adjusted my schedule accordingly. Guests should be able to trust the information provided by the reception staff. Unfortunately, this mistake caused unnecessary stress and nearly made me miss my flight.

One of my favorite hotels in Gangnam. The rooms are clean and isolated enough that you don’t hear noise from the streets. Though the gym is pretty small with only two treadmills, they do have a rooftop garden which I sometimes use to do my workouts with some fresh air. Another thing that I like about this hotel is the automated Checkin! The most convenient ever

Much better than I expected! This is truly a four-star hotel. It feels more upscale than other hotels in the same category. As soon as you check in, you can tell it's very ergonomically designed and perfectly suited for human comfort. It's also very introverted-friendly with self-service check-in/out.

The location is great, very close to the subway station, and there's also a bus stop right outside. It was super convenient getting back after the concert. The room was clean, and the service was standard. Actually, it's quite suitable for business travelers.

got the corner room, it was a bit noisy with traffic noise, apart from that the hotel has automatic check in and there is no interaction with guest so everything is quite basic but clean
