great location and comfy&clean inside I loved the huge screen right in front of the queen size bed

The room was clean and cosy, although it was on the smaller side. The bed was extremely comfortable. One thing to note is that the shower doesn’t have a cover or curtain on the side and the glass is transparent so there’s not much privacy if you’re sharing the room with friends which can feel a little awkward. The shower is separated from the toilet which is convenient. The location is pretty good too - close to an airport bus stop as well as several convenience stores and plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Their front desk was excellent👍 We had a lot of luggages and they helped us a lot by storing them at the luggage room and they carried them out for us whenever we needed to repack them or weigh them for the plane. Especially Ms. Boyeon Choi and Mr. Harry were very kind and professional. They had really good communication skills and solved any problem we had immediately. The cafe at the lobby and the rooftop restaurant are great👍The cafe and the restaurant staff are attentive and kind. We had a quiet room and we could see the beautiful view of Namsan tower from our room which was on the 12th floor. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are kind. The coin laundry machine and the gym were convenient. A big thank you to the Hotel Cappuccino staff👍 We would like to stay here once again when we visit Seoul in the future👍

A little piece of heaven in Gangnam! I stayed at Hotel Cappuccino and loved every single moment of the experience. My room, although small, was extremely comfortable, well-curated down to the smallest detail, and featured a gorgeous shower and spotless cleanliness. The pillows? Simply heavenly: I'm still dreaming about them and wish I could pack them up and bring them back to Rome with me! The location is fantastic, right in the beating heart of Gangnam, making it super convenient to get around. The real highlight is the rooftop: a breathtaking view of the city that leaves you speechless, perfect for unwinding. The only downside is the restaurant, which is definitely way too expensive (a steak for 110 euros felt truly excessive). Aside from that pricing detail on dining, I loved absolutely everything else. An experience I would repeat in a heartbeat. I would come back to you without hesitation!

We love this hotel so much, it’s near to Eonju station just 5min walk, and the bed is very comfortable we got very well sleep during our trip

The bed is big. The room is very enough for a solo traveller. Will definitely come back!
