4 nights 950usd. So its almost 250usd per night. No breakfast included. The floor looks 10 years old. When you shower the whole bathroom gets wet because there is no curtain or door. The shower head is on the wrong fittings so it just comes down as you are showering, cheap shower fittings. We went out at 9am and came back at 5pm and the room still hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go and ask them to clean the room. The AC is controlled by the hotel, so sometimes its a nice temperature, sometimes its 25⁰ and there is nothing you can do. The finish of the hotel is more like 100usd per night, but you pay for the convenience of being in Central Seoul. Lucky we only lightly packed with 1 suitcase for 2 people because that already took all the room in the tiny room. Personally wouldn't come back here again. I think the price is way over the actual room quality. I would recommend to the owners to spend some of the money they over charge on making the rooms worth 250usd a night!

👍 = convenient location, surrounded with a lots of local goods and near to bus stop&metro stations. Walking distance (15mins) to myeongdong streets. Full sets of L'occitant for use. 👎 = central control air conditioning, the control panel in the room won't adjust based on your desired temperature. Mostly temps will be at 23 ~ 25 degrees celcius, one night it went up to 26 🔥 we had difficulty to sleep at first.. Only plastic cups prepared, which were not sustainable and not standard, we bought a set of cups by ourselves for hot drinks.

This was my second stay here, and everything was great again. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite being in a lively area, and the service is warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is also top-notch, with the room tidied promptly every day. You can easily get here from the airport by taking bus 6002 to Jongno 1-ga, then it's just a 3-minute walk.

The location is in walking distance to many metro stations so it’s very convenient. The room is clean and the service is good. However, the are too few outlet in the room. We stay in 3 person room and there’re only 5 sockets (3 locations) excluding the one in the toilet so it’s a little inconvenient.

Location is good but the hotel is very old. Carpet in corridors is wrinkled everywhere, makes very difficult to move with luggage. We came to breakfast at 9:31 and the waiter didn’t allowed us to enter saying that Business hours was over. Very bad experience. Never return to that hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway station, making it easy to walk to famous attractions like Cheonggyecheon Stream, Gwanghwamun Square, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Insadong. Myeongdong is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

We stayed at Shilla Stay Gwanghwamun for 3 days and 2 nights, and later booked another 2 days and 1 night after our staycation at Nami Island. • Front desk service: The staff spoke English well and were very accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage during our Nami Island trip since we had another booking at the same hotel. • Room quality: The room was clean and spacious. However, I personally didn’t like the wooden floor—it felt a bit uncomfortable to walk on without room slippers. • Location: The hotel is centrally located in the city, within walking distance to Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace, and close to several subway stations. • Food options nearby: Plenty of choices, from traditional Korean BBQ to fast food like Burger King. Just note that many restaurants close around 9–10 PM. ✨ Overall: A convenient city hotel with friendly staff, good service, and easy access to major attractions. The luggage storage service was especially helpful for our trip planning.

Room was unexpectedly big. Stayed with my daughter and it was pleasant. Location is conveniently located close to Gwanghwamum & Jonggak. There were plenty of food around the area too. We will definitely go back there to stay :

Convenient location, 2 mins to train station, good location for taxi pick up. Saw a baby cockroach on the last day of our stay, otherwise clean.

The room with two beds was spacious enough to open our suitcases. It had most of the basic amenities, and was only a fifteen-minute walk from Myeongdong.

The room type isn't as good as a Home Inn in China, but it wins on location. You can walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Cheonggyecheon Stream. No need to bring a power adapter, and there's a kettle. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and plenty of food options downstairs.
