Sotetsu Fresa Inn Seoul Myeong-Dong

For ladies planning a shopping trip to Seoul, just book this hotel and don’t overthink it. 😆 The location is absolutely perfect. Wake up, step outside, and Olive Young is right in front of the hotel. After a few rounds of shopping in Myeongdong, you can easily head back to your room to drop off your bags and continue shopping again. The only downside is the room size. It’s quite small, and you’ll probably need to store your luggage under the bed and pull it in and out whenever you need something. If you’re traveling with friends and planning to buy supper or snacks to chill in the room, it can be a bit challenging because of the limited space. There is a lobby area where you can sit, and they provide free coffee, hot water, and even ice cubes. However, eating in the lobby is only allowed during certain hours in the morning. Would I stay here again? Definitely. I would book this hotel purely for the location. For shopping lovers, it’s hard to beat.

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the middle of Myeongdong with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

This is my second time staying here and I’m still very satisfied with the experience. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the subway station is within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Myeongdong.

Staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Seoul Myeongdong was excellent! While the room isn't very spacious, it is efficiently designed and fully equipped with all the essentials you need. The location is unbeatable, with Myeongdong Walking Street right downstairs for easy shopping and dining. To top it off, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A perfect, convenient choice for a Seoul trip!

Location of the hotel is super top notch especially when you are doing a lot of shopping as we are able to do a "pit stop" loading off excess stuff that we bought and then head out for the "next Lap" I like the layout and design of the room especially when the dry and wet toilets are separated. Rooms are generally clean albeit small, perfect for a couple or a solo travel. Sound insulation can be improved as at late night we do hear some unknown noises (repetitive sounds akin like foot stomping the ground). Also the air-conditioning unit will cut off every 3 hours (could be just our unit) and have to find my self waking up middle of the night to turn it back on as it can be stuffy without the AC turned on. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.
