Overall the hotel service was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a easabt stay and would be happy to come back again.

Had a nice stay here for a couple of nights while in Seoul. Was adequately clean and comfortable but the real highlight is the location - super close to transport links and key sites if you’re visiting Seoul for the first time. Would recommend if you’re staying in Seoul for a couple of days.

Actually the hotel is normally clean enough. especially the toliet room. However i think the room staff doesnt change the beddings when getting ready the room for the next guests. Maybe they were short of time, but we checked in just before midnight, im sure there was plenty of time. In the comments area, it already seems like a habit, many many people had similar problems. After the first night, and after requesting to change the sheets and duvet covers, it was never dirty or stained again, thus my point, they should really check with the housing staff. There is airport limousine, but it ends really early at night, and its usually full, we werent able to get spots on the bus arriving from the airport, we took the metro instead. We were abke to get spots leaving for Incheon airport only because we had a fairly early flight. bus no6002

I had a great time! The location was excellent, and I even got to take a stroll along the nearby river.

This hotel is very close to Myeongdong, within walking distance. It's also conveniently located near Lotte Duty Free and Shinsegae, and there are convenience stores nearby, so the location is quite good. However, for the triple room I booked, the pillowcases and sheets hadn't been changed, and they felt incredibly dirty. After arriving late at night, I spoke to the front desk, and they brought three new sheets that were noticeably cleaner. We spread them out and slept for the night. The staff's attitude was decent, especially the person who brought the new sheets, who was very polite.

Nice location with close to subway station. There is a 24hrs mart right next to the hotel makes everything so convenient. We chill and hangout every night during our stay.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. AN at the front desk was rude and lacked basic courtesy. This is not the standard of service I expected, and it negatively impacted my overall experience.

I really loved the location especially from my room I could see Namsan tower this was really nice area and hotel to be at. I will book this in the future when am in Seoul.

truly the best stay, simple yet comfy. it's so near to many tourist spots! also near to 7eleven! the only downside is the amenities, but you will be fine! super friendly staffs too!

The hotel is well-maintained, and the room was clean, which made for a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's also conveniently located near the subway, less than a ten-minute walk away.

The location is super convenient, with subway, bus stops, and even an airport shuttle nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially a gentleman with glasses at the front desk, who was so patient in explaining how to get to the airport shuttle and even drew us a map! I would definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Venue G. The room was very clean, quite spacious, and there was cleaning available every day. The location was also very convenient and we could walk to most locations. We would definitely choose this hotel the next time we come to Seoul!

We forgot to bring travel adapter and fortunately was able to borrow one at the front office. Thank you!
