This was my second time staying at this hotel after returning from Busan. The check-in process was simple and convenient. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-equipped. Plus, it's right next to Hongdae, and just a six or seven-minute walk to the Hongdae Noodle Library. It's also very close to Hongik University Station on Line 2. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. The location is fantastic, right by Hongdae Entrance Exit 9, just a 2-minute walk. Across from the hotel, there's a convenience store, two Olive Young stores, and tons of small shops. I'll definitely stay here again.

We booked the triple room. I could open 3 large luggages. Space was good. Location excellent with all the happenings right downstairs! Receptionists were friendly and helpful - spoke good English. The room was facing sunrise. Loving it! Only drawback was the corridor a little too dark for comfort but everything else made up for it. We will be back!

Beautiful location! Very good service! The room is very small but it is good enough. The room was very clean on the first day but it didn’t feel clean after that. The cleaner didn’t do a good job at daily cleaning it, but not terrible.

This is our stay with Mercure ambassador Hongdae and it is still our preferred choice of hotel when we visit Seoul. We have stayed in another highly sought after hotel in Hongdae which cost higher, but I can say Mercure fare much better. I would definitely hope that there’s a separate shower instead of just bathtub but it is not so bad too. Location is great and you can choose to come out from exit 1 or 8/9 of the train station when you come to the hotel.

Great location! There are lots of good restaurants and shops around, and it's lively at night. I really love the vibe in Hongdae~ I'll definitely choose this place again next year when I come to Seoul for a concert~

Room is small but able to fit a large luggage and a medium luggage on the bench. Housekeeping is done daily, bedroom slippers and tissues are replenished daily which are appreciated. There are complimentary coffee capsules and drinks in the fridge, with 2 bottles of water that are given daily. Bed was comfortable for 2 adults.

Good stay n great service. location is ideal n great. the hotel staff even willing help to order delivery, which is very much appreciated cause it is tiring to translate pictures one by one, really appreciate the help again.
