My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and there was no housekeeping service or towel change at all during our stay. Also, it took about 15 minutes for the hot water in the shower to warm up.

This place is perfect for a couple. The interior was clean and lovely. I personally plan to stay here often. I'd also recommend it to budget travelers.

The room was small but clean. It's a shame there was no housekeeping during my stay. Also, there's no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs was quite a struggle.

Book for my old mom & dad (73 yo & 82yo) and get room on 3rd floor (no elevator) so i requested lower floor room but they said all full. No choice for me to cancel the room (they didn't payback at all). Sometimes rule is rule, i know that. But hotel staff didn't even try to ask to manager / owner at all. And my cancelation reason is something that I cant consider at all.
