We are proud and ashamed that instead of providing you with the safest and most comfortable resting environment, we caused you an unpleasant experience. Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately dispatched our facilities and engineering team to the room to conduct a comprehensive and thorough inspection and testing of the toilet's automatic flush sensor, water tank level regulator, and any plumbing equipment that might have caused the noise. We will investigate the specific cause and immediately repair or replace any parts to ensure that such malfunctions do not occur again.
