The soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and the noise from cars on the road was very disruptive. The room was also quite dusty, making me wonder if it had been properly cleaned. On the upside, the location was good, and the free popcorn was a hit with the kids.

The location is good and it’s very clean. Just find the bed a bit too soft, resulting in backache.

The hotel has a simple yet stylish design, and the rooms are very clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room also gets good natural light, with pleasant sunshine during the day. Plus, being on a high floor, I had a great view of the Myeongdong streetscape. The location is super convenient, right below the Myeongdong shopping district. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and it's really lively at night. The subway station is also very close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Seoul; it's perfect for first-time visitors to Korea.

This hotel is in a bustling Myeongdong location, making it super convenient for getting around. I've stayed here multiple times already. The rooms aren't huge, but they have everything you need. It's right across from Shinsegae and really close to Lotte too. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the facilities are also very good. I especially loved the city view facing the large screen at shinesgae Mall. It’s a great choice for families or groups of friends staying together. There is also an airport bus stop just about 2 minutes away from the hotel, which is very convenient.

Conveniently located with eateries and malls. Good for family and friends to stay

This is the ideal hotel to stay-in in Seoul because it is literally located right at the heart of Myeong-dong everywhere happening. There is a large 7-11 conveniently located just 10 metres away, the start of a night market just another 20 metres away. Cross over to the other side and there's all the luxury shopping (Lotte Deparment Stall) which in my opinion is better than Gangnam. another direction and you will hit Myeongdong shopping main street. Go underneath and there will be a huge underground shopping mall that leads all the way to City Hall main station. Rooms are very spacious, the gym was excellent and last but not least, the staffs were all very friendly and kind to allow us to check-in early due to available vacant rooms. My family and I will definitely be back here when we comes back to Seoul again.

Clean business hotel with great location. Close to myeongdong and uljiro

The location is fantastic! Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. Myeongdong Lotte, Myeongdong Shinsegae, and the Myeongdong shopping street are all within easy reach. Plus, the airport shuttle bus stop is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. There's a Korean lady at the front desk who speaks excellent Chinese, and another Chinese lady, so communication was a breeze. The lobby has a free coffee machine and popcorn, and the doorman works quite late. You need to use your key card to access the guest floors, which made me feel very secure. While the room isn't huge, I could easily open up two 28-inch suitcases. I was very satisfied with my stay this time.

The location is excellent and the room was clean, but there was no bottled water. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear traffic outside, and even with the window closed, it felt a bit drafty.

The service was excellent, and most of the staff could communicate in Chinese. The location is superb, with easy access to all the major shopping malls. There's a wide variety of delicious food nearby, making it a great choice for shopping and dining.
