Staff were kind and friendly and the location was great as it was close to Myeongdong but the floors were abit dirty and there was no Netflix on the tvs

Overall, the location was great with many local food shops around and a short walking distance to the myeongdong shopping district. However, the cleanliness was a little sub-par when the sheets remained unchanged even after I placed the request for change card onto the bed. There are also no toothbrush and toothpaste although there is a convenience store where you can buy such amenities.

It was my first time booking this hotel. It’s a 10 minute work from the heart of Myeongdong, which is not that bad because on the way there’s many small cafes and restaurants you get to try.
The only thing for improvement is the cleanliness, there was some hair on the bed when we checked in. Also, our room was facing the construction site across so every morning around 7am we would be woken up by the sound of drilling. Otherwise, it is a good hotel in good location with all the services you need.

Convenient location, great customer service with fluent English speaking! However, we noticed there is something floating in the shampoo on the 2nd day stay. Brought it down to the reception and they apologised and replaced a brand new bottle. Only 2 pillows are provided and we have to request another 2. Washing machine and dryer in basement is convenient for us but should increase the capacity. The dryer is quite dusty.

⭐️⭐️So Very simple and basic Just a sleeping Room-
I recently booked a stay at the Nine Tree Hotel in Korea to celebrate my wife's birthday, but sadly, it fell short of expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the service was lackluster. Although the hotel lobby appeared nice and inviting, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unwelcoming, failing to acknowledge us upon arrival.
Our room, while clean, was far from the romantic oasis we envisioned for such a special occasion. We had requested extra effort to be placed in the room as a surprise for my wife, but unfortunately, that request seemed to have slipped through the cracks. Instead, we were greeted with an unadorned room that didn't reflect the celebration we were hoping for.
Better book on nearer Hotel at myeongdong Price is not worthy compared to other hotels we stay nearby
While the location of the Nine Tree Hotel is convenient and the amenities have wonderful potential, the lack of attentiveness and regard for guests leaves a lot to be desired. We’ve decided to chalk this experience up to a learning opportunity and find other venues for future celebrations.
Regrettably, this birthday celebration didn’t turn out as we had hoped, and I can only hope our next one will be a more memorable experience.
