UH Suite the Myeongdong

Great location. Clean and confortatble stay. The floor heating and air heater was great especially during cold weather. Has warm water for shower (PS. Need to switch on the heater control).

2nd time staying here and the room for 4 people is so spacious, we were all able to open our luggages at the same time. The floor heating saved us during the trip during the Winter. Laundry service was great, it was quite late and we asked if they could drop it to our room (supposed to pick up at front desk) and fortunately they were kind enough to do so. Location is Greta if you’re into shopping, Myeongdong Main Street is just a straight walk from the hotel. I will always come back here if it’s ever available.

We’ve booked a double room with private spa, which is an L-shaped room. The private bath is right next to a corridor that leads directly to the bed. It's so small that we have difficulty opening two suitcases. On the first night of our stay, there was no hot water for both the spa and shower. During our shower, the water pressure was unstable that we needed to wait long for the water back to normal temperature. The drain in our shower is clogged, and after just 2 minutes of showering, the water overflowed outside the shower. We had to wait, completely naked, for the water level to go down slowly. But the only good thing about this hotel is that the heating is so warm, and the floor has a heating system. I previously stayed in a 4-people room in this hotel, which was much better, very spacious, and able to accommodate four large suitcases.

The location is perfect for shopping and the night market is nearby. The metro exit is very near, but lack if s elevator. The room decor is very nice but lack of maintenance. The toilet is blocked after 1st time use. The carpet is not very clean.

We booked 2 double timber spa room for 5 of us as there were no other family suite available. We were assigned 601 and 701, which was 1 floor above each other. No connecting room as the other room on the same floor is another configuration. The room was clean and it was nice to be able to have our laundry washed. Instructions were clear during check in. They also had some green tea leaves for us to make and drink. Water bottles were provided in the fridge.

Check in was fuss free. Room was clean and looks as advertised. Daily change of Towels and clearing of rubbish with bed made up. Contact with Staff through whatsapp was prompt. Daily laundry service (Wash + Dry) - 2 Bags was great! Location is great with just a min away from the bustling main Myeongdong Shopping Street. Booked the room with 2 queen size beds. Great for family!
