Great location to airport and there is a convenient store downstairs. The door lock needed to be pulled tight so that it can be closed properly. Don't have much expectation on clearness and there were insects flying. The room is big but the amenities are old.

Ac is not working. Cannot talk to the hotel staff through the phone. Email is the fake. The room is not cleaned properly. The fridge is not working. Cannot sleep because of this situation. I want to refund but trip.com Cannot do anything and the hotel is literally ignoring me.

It reeked with smoke and there were spots that were not clean. Good location, however could not sleep properly due to low cleanliness.
