Since it's a guesthouse, I didn't have high expectations, but It's a 10-minute walk up the hill from Myeongdong Station. If you only return to the hotel at night, I recommend it because it's cheap and close! They also had converters for electrical outlets available for rent, and they had Wi-Fi. If you're concerned about the smell in the room, it might bother you. I also had the window open the whole time. But it's really cheap!

Cheap, great location, the street can be a little noisy but not too bad.

Room was small but great for the price. The guesthouse did not respond to messages about check-in, which they request in the ******* description, but they man the front desk so you just have to go to the guesthouse to check in.

It is a very nice guesthouse in the city centre, Myengdong. Just 5 minutes walk away from the night market, metro station and airport shuttle. It may be confusing to find it from Google maps. I suggest to walk on Google maps see the street pictures before you go. Then it is very easy to find. There is E-mart store a minute walk away. The hike is not so bad actually. We stayed in first floor with 1 bunkbed. The room was designed very smart. Every cm is used for another facility. You can see what I mean if you check the pictures I added. It is only 10 sqm but it feels like 20-25 sqm. Very smart. Beds are very hard. It may not be very comfortable if you suffer back pain. But they help you with extra blankets, that helps. If you ask a matt for this they may charge you. So it may be a good idea if you take some matts with you to the guesthouse. Other than that everything is so good. You feel like as you were staying in a hotel. He may not be around all the time but if you leave a message to reception he gets back to you for sure. You should leave the window open when you are away or when you are in the room to refresh the air in the room(however you feel safer). Then you do not get any bad smelling. There is a window lock to make sure nobody comes in from the window. The A/C water goes to the bathroom with a hidden way, this is strange but as long as you do not leave your clothes on the bathroom floor there is no problem. Do not leave your clothes or belongings on the bathroom floor to avoid them getting wet. very wet. Room has many plugs, bedlight, A/C works well, mosquito repellent(we did not suffer any single mosquito), a pier glass and hanger behind it, phone, torch, flatscreen tv, bath is super good, a room scent (not sure when they changed it because there is spiderweb on it:) , slippers in the room and different slippers in bathroom, a qıblah direction on the ceiling(be careful my compass shows a little dfferent angle), there is very much enough space for praying matt, a doormatt when you come out of the bathroom(I like it), a small fridge, hair dryer, water boiler,fire estinguisher. So many things in a small room with very good space remaining. I stayed with my little daughter without any problem. It was like student dormitory with very small rooms and shared kitchen. Was not so clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location.

Everything ok

There was no heating, but it was quite hot inside! The staff were very kind and helpful! The hill to Myeongdong was steep, but the location was great!

Five people stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. It was close to Myeongdong, so it was great for traveling.

It seems to be good for foreigners who have to catch an early morning flight because they can use it at a low price, but it is not recommended for those who just want to sleep. The facilities and such are tolerable, but you can hear all the noise from the room next door and the sound of luggage being carried on the stairs is very loud, so if you are sensitive, avoid it.

Located right next to very lively streets, this accommodation is very good value for money. Own. No complaints. The only small complaint is the firmness of the mattresses, but it seems to be a standard.

The smell is too strong I couldn't sleep well so I left.

I was told that I could only use the air conditioner in the summer, so it was hot and humid... I didn't like the fact that there were no futons or sheets. However, I can not complain because the price is cheap 😃
