The hotel could be cleaner and the location wasn’t very convenient. The price was also higher due to last-minute booking.

Not very modern and AC wasn't on. Charged extra to check in before 9pm and view was a pillar

Good location bur cleanness can be much better, quite storing smell of cigarette which makes me rather uncomfortable.

I needed to be at the Co-ex mall in Seoul super early in the morning so I booked this hotel nearby and it was very clean and close to where I needed to be the next day. Definitely recommend this hotel. There was a Dunkin Donuts nearby so I grabbed some donuts too and that was a plus!

Check in time very late after 8pm, everything charge money, final ask book taxi to check out, they not do this… no recommend to any body , very bad

The location of this hotel seems good. I booked it for my colleague. She didn't give me any feedback on whether it was good or not, so it should be okay. The previous hotel was fully booked, so I had to find this one nearby to make do.

This is absolutely terrible. The hotel staff are only interested in making money. I accidentally booked a room for 8 PM check-in, and although I booked two nights, the hotel refused to hold the same room for me. The second night, I returned an hour early and wanted early check-in, but they wouldn't allow it unless I paid an extra 10,000 won. Completely inhumane. Absolutely awful. They didn't even handle my luggage properly; they just left it in the lobby and called it luggage storage. I've never seen such a bad hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Utterly disappointed.
