Urbanstay Myeongdong

location is great, it's in betweet multiple train lines that are easy to get to. it's near the airport bus stop as well so you dont have to drag your luggage up and down stairs or anything. there's a gs25 and yoajung on the first floor of the building which is very convenient! room itself is great, might be slightly small for two people but for solo travellers i think its perfect! room had a functioning stove and crockery for you to cook and a lot of storage space. if you want to check in early you have to contact the staff on the day itself and ask if there's availability. I did that and they said i have to pay 10k/hr extra which is fine with me, so I went to their office to pay. when I got there I could hear the staff saying in korean that there's a foreigner standing outside (probably saw the cctv) and none of them wanted to come take my payment until i emailed and asked if anyone was going to come. they probably thought i cant understand them but i could so....it doesn't bother me that much but just letting other people know! overall i would still stay here again in the future but i'll try to keep all communication via text instead so the staff won't have to speak to me lol

Location was good, easy to locate, with convenient store right downstairs. We had an issue with the toilet, and had to change rooms after discussing with management, which was not ideal as we had to pack everything to move to another floor away from our family.

We had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized and easy to use. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to explore Myeongdong and other parts of Seoul. Public transportation are nearby. Check-in went smoothly and was simple. The instructions were clear, and everything worked without any problems. The stay felt comfortable and stress-free.

Perfect location in Seoul very close to Myeongdong, 2 metro stations nearby. Nice room with appliances and a top customer service.

Good place to stay and there is convenience store and restaurant downstair.
