Clean and with a decent environment. There are few convenience stores nearby, but a few good and unique restaurants. There's no elevator, but the floors aren't high, so you can store your luggage. The hotel facilities aren't great, except for the plastic sheet under the sheets, which is a bit uncomfortable. They provide three types of phone chargers, which is fine if you mainly take taxis. If you need to take the subway, there's only one Line 7 station, about 500 meters away. Early check-in requires an extra fee.

It is the cleanest and neatest accommodation in the neighborhood. I've been to a lot of other lodgings nearby that are cheap, ranging from 5,000 won to 10,000 won, but there is no place as clean and new as this one.
