Location of the hotel is good , but the hotel is quite dated and have smoking smell when enter the room . The breakfast was horrible , don't bother getting the breakfast there

The hotel is within walking distance of the subway and has a CU Mart next to it. The breakfast menu is the same every day, and there's no baby cot available. I always choose a window seat during breakfast. The breakfast lasts only 2 hours. However, it can be very crowded around 8-9 AM. So, plan your breakfast time, or they will come to you and say that breakfast time is over.

First off, this hotel is barely a 2-star by Chinese standards, definitely not a 3-star. It's tucked between other buildings, so there's no view whatsoever... all you can see out the window are two outer walls! Secondly, the hygiene is terrible. Maybe it's because the hotel is old? The walls, bathroom floor, and cabinets were all very dirty! Don't expect Korean hotels to be super clean, you'll be sorely disappointed! And finally, the service wasn't great either, maybe because I'm a foreigner? They weren't welcoming at all, very stiff and unwelcoming. I asked twice for more soap and never got it! I'd recommend everyone to avoid using Ctrip when booking hotels next time, it's really not good!

Everything was good. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. And the location is good. Subway is really close and the room is nice! Receptionists are good too!

This hotel is super convenient, located near a subway station, making getting around a breeze, especially with luggage since there's an elevator. It's also close to Seongsu-dong, which is great for shopping. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, and right next door, a 24-hour restaurant serving Korean-Chinese dishes like Jajangmyeon, Tangsuyuk, and seafood noodles. Our room was good, and being on a high floor, the outdoor view was excellent. The hotel staff were very service-oriented; I'd communicated with them about the room before arrival, and they offered free luggage storage. The room was clean, not huge, but big enough to open two suitcases. Overall, good value for money! The only downside was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

The facilities are complete, the location is excellent with convenient transportation, and the service is attentive and warm. We brought our child to participate in an art festival competition and won first prize, which was very rewarding. We absolutely love Seoul.

The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and was very noisy. I booked a twin room, but they gave me two beds pushed together – how is that different from a king room? I specifically requested a quiet room, but they gave me a street-facing room. Motorcycles were revving loudly all night, making it impossible to sleep with both the AC noise and the bike noise. I don't recommend staying here; avoid it. Facilities: Old and run-down. Environment: Bad, too noisy at night, poor soundproofing. Showers are limited to 15 minutes. Service: The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese.

Stayed another night, nothing much to add. The facilities are decent, and the hygiene is acceptable. If you get a twin room, it's very quiet as it faces the community behind. The service is standard. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, and a subway station nearby, so it's a pretty good choice. It's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but very close to Seongsu-dong.

The room was decent. I had already contacted customer service in China to confirm the room type and number of guests with the hotel, but there was still a misunderstanding during check-in, which caused some delays. This hotel has a lot of tour groups, and its location isn't particularly great, though it is fairly close to a subway station.

Overall, it was pretty good. It's not far from the subway station, and buying a 3-day climate card pretty much covers your needs for getting around the city. The only downside is that all the subway entrances and exits have stairs, which can be tiring. The shops nearby offer good and affordable food.

Upon entering to check-in, there was no proactive greeting. The attitude during check-in was also just so-so. I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a 'Chinese selection,' but I felt their attitude towards Chinese guests was indifferent. Other explanations were general, mainly emphasizing the 11 AM check-out time, warning of a penalty otherwise. Personally, I think the hot water issue, which I'll mention next, is more important than that. Aside from these points, the hygiene was acceptable. The facilities are a bit old. There's a convenience store nearby, and the bus stop downstairs is also very convenient.

Extremely convenient location with a bus stop right outside and a metro station just 100 meters away. There's also a convenience store (CU) and a 7-Eleven nearby. The environment is relatively clean, and housekeeping services are provided. A great choice for independent travelers.

The hotel is quite conveniently located near a subway station, and there's also an airport bus stop for Incheon Airport right next to it. Downstairs, there are several 24-hour convenience stores and BBQ restaurants. Overall, the experience was great.

Close to the Metro Station for 5-7 min's walk. The living environment is convenience with restaurants, cafes, food stands, and so on. The room is spacious, and the front desk is helpful. But if for family travel, there's no laundry room in the hotel.
