The transportation is quite convenient. The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and it's only a three or four-minute walk from Exit 2 of Line 3. There's also a circular bus right in front of the hotel that goes directly to Namsan Tower and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The breakfast was delicious too!

The breakfast was really varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's super convenient for getting around since the subway station is right nearby. It's only two stops to Myeongdong and three stops to Shinsegae Department Store. The family room, in particular, was a highlight – our kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave!

Facilities: Quite new, all amenities are in great condition. Service: Very friendly. They even proactively brought my luggage to the room. Cleanliness: There was an issue. A bottle of drink in the minibar had been opened and wasn't removed. Felt a bit uncomfortable about that. Everything else was fine though.
