Location is perfect and unbeatable! Good comfortable beds with decent sized room. However, the breakfast is absolutely awful. Toaster is broken, no sugar and poor service staff. Terrible and limited selection of food. Do yourself a favour and do not buy their breakfast. Quality is really bad! Also, the bathtub was small and high which was a danger to my mum. Lastly, front of hotel is a tiny slip road which Uber cabs do not wish to come in. Otherwise, do choose this just for location if nothing else.

Hotel is very close to Myeongdong station, which is very convenient. Two single bed room is a bit small in size but acceptable. I live that there was a bathtub in the bathroom. The water pressure for shower is a bit weak unfortunately. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel location is superb, the room is quite small, suitable for 1 person with 1 piece of large luggage. But if you're a backpacker, it is fit and cosy for your mate. Breakfast is standard and adequate.

The location is fantastic, right in the Myeongdong shopping area with Lotte Department Store and Shinsegae nearby. It's bustling at night with so many street food options. Getting around is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy; the triple room had good space, though the price was a bit high.

Location is convenient. The airport limo bus stop is just outside and there myeongdong line 4 station is just outside. Room wise it’s quite spacious as we are able to open up 2 28inch luggage at the same time.

No complaints, other than the room being a bit small. The location is super convenient, right on a commercial street. Shinsegae and Lotte Department Stores are just over a 10-minute walk away, and the airport limousine bus stop and subway station are also a short stroll. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Seoul.

Second stay at Nine Tree Myeongdong I and high recommend anyone to stay here. Super convenient location, just steps away from airport limousine bus stop, subway station and right at Myeongdong street itself. No need to worry about pulling your luggage too far or crossing the road/up down stairs. Staff were friendly and professional during check in. This time my room was a bit smaller than the previous time but it was sufficient as I was traveling solo. Rain shower water pressure is not as strong as the hand held shower head but loved everything else in the room!
