Location is very convenient, many nice food to eat. Staff is friendly and helpful. The toilet has bidet. The aircon switch off by itself at night due to ECO-aircon system, that’s the bad thing about this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers a late check-in option until 2 am, which is great for travelers arriving on late flights. However, it is important to note that the last Arex train and bus to the hotel depart from Terminal 2 at 10:50 pm. The Family Twin room that I booked was quite small, but the bedding was comfortable. Additionally, the bathrooms lack soundproofing. The hotel offers late checkout for an additional fee of KRW11,000 per hour, it is not FREE. The shower over the bathtub was smaller than it looked in the pictures. It was rather inconvenient because water kept splashing on the floor.

Stayed for 4nights with my mum at nine tree myeongdong. The receptionists were nice, helpful and understand english. We stayed at 14th floor twin room with window but no view, abit disappointed. Would love to compliment the level makeup room lady, everytime we see her she give us a nice greeting and warm smile. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing is the sink is behind the glass door not very convenient though. Would love to come back again.

I like this place. The location is excellent if you like shopping. It is very clean, and the service is good. I wish the breakfast was better. There isn't much to choose from. The room is small.

Good location, easy to find, and very convenient accessible from bus stop (from Incheon Airport). Myeodong Street is such a few steps from hotel. You go there for shopping and eating.

The best thing about the hotel was its location. There was no actual drop off porch as the hotel lobby was right at the entrance of Myeongdong shopping street, only a small lane for 1 vehicle to pass. What could be improved was the layout of the hotel room, no kaizen. Without a counter near the toilet, there was a lot of walking up and down to reach for items at the table, located at the window end of the room. I still highly recommend this place as the location is the best. I would return again for my next trip.

I booked the single bedroom for one week. Room is comfortable and clean. Location is very convenient with the Myeongdong station and walking street nearby. Service is excellent and staff can speak English. Highly recommended!

NineTree is near the Namsan Cable Car ticket office -- it's quite a walk but it's worth it!

Great location. In the heart of everything. I would advise to skip breakfast. It is rather limited and a plethora of food choices -myeongdong kyoja, seowonjuk, Isaac Toast etc... It is walkable to Namsan Elevator to take the cable car to Namsan Tower. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water dispensers on each floor. Staff tried their best to help us locate items in lost and found.

Superb location, right in the middle of famous Myeongdong market, which is excellent for shopping. Subway is also just few steps away.

Location is prime. Right in the action for seruous shopping in myeondong. Exit 7 of Myeondong station w a small escalator, turn ur luggage sideway to go up smoothly. Exit 8 is nearer but no escalator. Hotel has 11 stories i think. Our room was 704 w view of shopping belt below. Believe 04s unit are located right next to the lifts. A bit busier and noisjer but we are good. Choose city view if u like to see hustle bustle of the shopping streets below. Otherwise, check with reception for the other view. Reception speaks good English and was prompt in their service. Housekeeping is prompt. Room is small.can fit in 28in luggage in the walkway, half open. See pic. Room with two single beds. See pic.

The Hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong. You step out of the hotel and you’re into the long street of shops, restaurants, food market, train station. If it’s your first trip to Myeongdong, this is a good hotel to stay. It’s really clean. However, the rooms are small. Amenities wise, the basics are provided for. Location is great.
