Love the location of this hotel. It is very near Seoul station, namdaemun market, myeongdong, namsan tower or park, shinsegae duty free, etc. the price for the hotel is very affordable as well. I had a very nice decent trip staying in this hotel. Surely will stay again in future. You can opt for breakfast as well.

The hotel amenities, location and overall was considered good. It is just a lack of human touch or friendiliness, whereby the receptionists are quite cold and the hotel’s email content is always straight forward about payment and extra charges.

A very simple 3 star hotel very close to Seoul Station which is its main advantage.
Very small room gives you some Japanese vibes. That's also supported by the toilet. There was some USB socket broken, though it didn't deliver any problem.
If you're an individual that needs a one night stay in Seoul - the Manu Hotel is quite a good choice. Plenty of the shops and cafes in vicinity. Close to Namdaemun Market and the street. The Seoulista restaraunt or bar (I'd better call it a bar) - is ok for late dinner if you don't want to look for anything else.
Some reviewers wrote about homeless people on the way from Seoul station (right in front actually) to the hotel. Though I didn't find the "clean" pass to the walkway (from the station) and had to encounter them, I don't see any problem - there's a police station right there. Had a small problem finding a way on top of the walkway as the lift is a bit hidden (but you have to be complete ***** not finding it).

Very good location and convenient near Seoul station subway. Hotel was clean too, breakfast is not buffet type but everyday different menu.

Everything was good except one moment - hard to sleep at night because there was not too much fresh air (as I’m used to). Air conditioning was breezing straight to my face, which was not very comfortable when you try to fall asleep. When I opened the window, it gave absolutely nothing.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manu. Love the location of Hotel Manu as it was only a 10 minutes walk to reach Seoul station via the direct overhead bridge. From Seoul station, it was a breeze to get to the common locations like Dongdaemun, Myeongdong and Hongdae with the direct subway lines available.
Stopped by Hotel Manu’s Restaurant for a late night dinner one night and was really impressed with their pizzas and the variety of craft beers available.
Family twin room was really spacious, with plenty of space to move about even with the luggages laid out around the room. Notably, there is quite a significant amount of space by the windows which is perfect for putting our shopping loots without crowding up room space. Shower water pressure was great too with hot water readily available.g
Beds were really comfortable too. If anything, Hotel Manu pillows were a little too soft and offered little support while sleeping. If not, everything else about Hotel Manu was perfect. We would definitely come back the next time we are in Seoul!

the room was the cleanest i have ever stayed in Seoul for the first time (I have been to korea for over 10times) and all staffs are nice and kind whom are easily communicative in english.
however about amenities were not ready enough which is the reason why i put 3/4 for amenities. toothbrushes should have been placed on the specific place, but they haven't placed when we were in the room, so i needed to ask to get these at the check-in counter.
anyways, we are happy to have stayed at your room!
we are sure that we will stay your hotel for the coming next time.

ps we recommend you the bar at the 2nd floor same as the check in counter.
