This hotel is very convenient to metro and bus (just walking distance). Olive Young is just opposite and there are convenient mart, coffee shop, restaurant and snack bars around the hotel. The front desk is friendly and can speak English to serve us.
Recommend to go exit 1 of metro station for lift access and walk across a road when you are with your luggage. Exit 6 of the station will directly reach the hotel but needs to walk stairs.
The hotel is extremely close to the airport shuttle bus stop, and the shuttle even announces the hotel name, making it very easy to find. The guy at the front desk, even though he didn't speak Chinese, was able to communicate seamlessly in English and was very enthusiastic! While the room was small, it had everything you needed and was quite clean. The only minor downside was that their electricity seemed a bit unstable, as charging electronic devices was incredibly slow. Also, contrary to what was stated on the details page, there isn't 24-hour hot water, but there's still hot water for showering, just not super scalding. The heating in winter was very comfortable, usually staying around 22 to 23 degrees Celsius. (If you're Chinese and reading this, please remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and gargle cup!)

Chinese people are cautious! He can only check in at 7 o'clock in this hotel! If you want to check in early, you have to pay more money. The next day you need to move your luggage out and then re-check in! But you can tell the front desk and pay more for the room. But the room is more comfortable than the same price! !
The room is very large and spacious, and very quiet. The biggest advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and shops around. There are also two Olive Young restaurants nearby.
This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. Plus, it offers free breakfast, making it great value for money compared to other hotels. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, provided fantastic service and patiently helped us store our luggage. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood around the hotel. Eating out here is incredibly affordable; I spent over 300 (RMB) on just a small meal in Myeongdong, but I ate a lot in this area for around the same price. I'm not sure what this area is called, but it's really bustling, with bars that serve food even late into the night. If you're coming, I highly recommend trying the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ near the hotel. There's one place that's particularly good, about 100 RMB per person. It wasn't one of those highly recommended spots online; I just stumbled upon it, but it was genuinely great value. If you're looking for AYCE BBQ, definitely seek it out in this area. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it's always packed, mostly with local Korean university students.
Really good location, airport bus just at the front of the hotel.
Bus stop and train station just in walking distance. So many restaurants nearby, olive young, daiso everything is there.
The hotel's design is quite unique and seems well-suited for Korean travelers or solo adventurers.
Communication was a bit challenging as the hotel staff didn't speak English, so we relied on Google Translate. However, they were very helpful and had a great attitude.
Regarding the room, we booked a city view, but it wasn't quite what we expected. Instead of a clear glass window, you had to open one window, then another, to see the view. The frame of the first window also had to remain open to enjoy the scenery.
Also, the window was quite high up; you essentially had to stand on the bed to get a glimpse of the view.
The bathroom had a bathtub that could be used for a stone-style hot spring. If you prefer showering, it's not ideal as there's no shower curtain, meaning the entire bathroom gets wet.
The room offered Netflix, but the remote control was a bit finicky and sometimes unresponsive.
On a positive note, there was a speaker system in the room to play music.
Overall, the soundproofing needs improvement as we could hear conversations from the adjacent room.
The hotel's location is convenient, close to the subway and bus stations. There's a small night market and a snack discount store right behind the hotel, and it's also near tourist attractions.
This hotel is more suitable for backpackers looking for a local experience. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a lot of luggage.
I was planning a day trip to Seoul with my third-grade daughter, but due to a delay, we ended up staying overnight. We only needed to sleep, and since she was young, we looked for a place that looked clean and comfortable. My daughter was happy, and I thought it was the best value for money. We had a McMorning in the morning. ^^

Mmanubn88The pros:
Just 5 minutes walk to the Hyehwa station
Very clean room
Breakfast and ice cream are unlimited
The location is very good with plenty of restaurants and Shops
Cons:
Can’t wear shoes inside the hotel and need to carry them. This creates an insane amounts of inconvenience
Overpriced rooms. On some Korean websites the price for the same room is half
Only the shower is there in the room. So need to use the shared toilet which has a weird lock that doesn’t really lock and can be opened from the outside by anyone as it’s not a real lock. This creates an insane amounts of inconvenience.
Poor soundproofing. I could literally hear what my neighbours are talking and hear people walking around in the all the night
There’s no windows at all
This makes it very hard to sleep
I don’t think I will ever stay here again unless there’s no other choice
GGuest UserI saw that the price was a little cheap, but the check-in time was 10 o'clock. It's because cancellation is not allowed. I arrived a little early and asked, so I paid an additional fee and went in. Still, the price is cheap, and the facilities, cleanliness! The kindness, and the room size are the best value for money. ~~ I was worried after reading a Chinese person's post, but they are really ungrateful people.
If you arrive early, you can pay an additional fee and negotiate.
I couldn't take a picture, but the actual thing is better. ~~
AAnonymous UserThe first room was so smelly that I asked to change it.
But the service was kind and changed right away.
But the next room ... toilet is a bit scary and the facilities are a bit ok.
