We stayed at UH Suite Myeongdong and absolutely loved it! The suite was modern, clean, and spacious — a big plus when traveling with family. It came with a small kitchen and comfortable beds, making it feel just like home. The location was excellent — right in the heart of Myeongdong, surrounded by shopping streets, food stalls, and cafes. It was also just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around Seoul super convenient. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions provided, and everything in the room was well-maintained. We especially appreciated how quiet and cozy the place was, even though it’s in such a lively area. Highly recommend UH Suite Myeongdong for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay in Seoul! We’d definitely come back again.

I stayed at this place with 3 other girlfriends. Everything was fine and dandy until the morning of our 3 day staying there. Right when we were getting ready to head out, a man opened the door and was taking his shoes off in our room. In shock, one of my friend greeted him thinking he was a housekeeping staff. He looked equally shocked seeing us in the room. Then he apologised and quickly put his shoes on n headed back out to the elevator. My friend asked him if he works at the hotel he says he is staying on the 10th floor. We proceeded to head to front desk to inform them of what just happened. The two female staff just kept talking to each other in Korean and I heard the word ‘master’ in English. I’m wondering if they had programmed his key as a masters key. I have absolutely no clue why or how it happened and they didn’t even try to explain just apologized and offered us 2 bath bombs. I asked them to get back to us on what exactly happened as there is only one unit per floor and who that person is. Didn’t hear back from them. Just saw 2 bath bombs in our room that evening. Even during check out they never explained to me what happened that morning. Security: zero stars

Thank you for your kind and wonderful guidance. The view is really great. And the various furniture and tableware inside are very comfortably installed. There are many cups and plates, many chairs, and a dressing table. It is very well organized so that eight people can stay without any problems. Thank you.

When we checked in to our room, we found an old slipper under the bed that the housekeeper didnt clean from the last guest's stay. The room has no place to put the luggages. We has to clear the coffee table to put our luggage. The spa tub/pool is fairly takes up quite a lot of space. We barely used it. If you want to use bath bombs, you must use the hotel's bath bomb (buy separately). But the noise from the tub draining (even if its other floors) is super loud so they dont let you use the tub after 11pm. The layout of the room is super weird. The ”shower room” and ”toilet room” is opposite each other. A bit inconvenient, especially for ladies. The shower also leaks out so the floor gets super wet (even with a towel). The door also doesnt have an additional lock and no peep hole to check who is outside if anyone knocks which can be quite dangerous as no keycard is required to go up the elevator. The door is also quite thin and you can hear the room next door. You could also hear cars that drive by. The tv in the room when we tried to turn up the volume to the loudest (34) still barely had any sound. The hotel staff tried to fix it but failed. Also the room doesnt have any phone so you need to add their kakao/whatsapp/wechat to contact hotel staff which is also quite inconvenient. The light configuration in the room is also quite awkward. Only hotel that can accommodate 3~4 pax in the same room. But definitely wouldnt choose this hotel again if I dont need to.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom private city suite with a floor to ceiling window with a view of the Seoul Tower. Very clean, modern and cozy space with a small living room area to put shopping and open up luggages. The actual bedrooms just fit a double bed, small wardrobe and vanity desk. It’s located directly opposite the Lotte Outlet mall and Seoul station on a quieter street. Very convenient for the blue line and a 10 min walk to the green circle line. There are many small cafes, convenience stores downstairs and a famous Japanese Yuzu noodle restaurant next door. It’s my second time staying at a UH suite property and there is a consistent standard of zen type decor, cleanliness and helpful front desk staff.

Staff were courteous and the location was fantastic. It's perfect for families, offering in-room cooking and laundry facilities. The only drawback was the noise at night from the karaoke bar directly opposite, which made it quite loud. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here on my next visit.

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) Title: Great Stay with Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms I stayed at UH Suite for three nights during a business trip, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the complimentary bottled water and toiletries provided. The location was convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made it easy to get around the city. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel also had a small fitness center and a nice rooftop lounge area with a great view. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved in terms of variety and taste. But aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied overall. HotelType: Serviced apartment Room: Simple design and clean Transport: Fairly convenient – 5-minute walk to City Hall Station; 12-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Before 11 PM, some lively street noise may be heard in the room, but it generally didn’t disturb our sleep. We booked the Private Terrance Spa Room, where the elevator opens directly into our room. The staff had prepared aromatic oils in advance, so we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The room is divided into two main sections: 1. Kitchen & dining area – Though it looks bare at first glance, the storage cabinets are fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and fridge. 2. Sleeping area – A nice surprise was that the room had two bathrooms, one with a shower (a lifesaver since we were traveling with two teenagers—you know how long they like to stay in the bathroom! 😆). Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient for us. Some Notes 1) Before check-in, inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can prepare in advance. 2) No traditional lobby. There’s only one entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for the front desk. (If you prefer a dedicated concierge or a grand lobby, this might not suit you.) 3) Front desk is not 24/7, but they’ll exchange contact details (e.g., WhatsApp) so you won’t have trouble reaching them during your stay. 4) Daily service includes fresh towels, bottled water replenishment, and trash removal. Full room cleaning is provided every four days. 5) Bathtub drainage must be completed by 11 PM, allow **over an hour** for draining. Commercial bath bombs are not permitted; purchase approved ones from the hotel if needed. 6) For WOWPASS user, 2-min walk to GS25, a wowpass machine provides top up, buy snd sell KWR.
