Brilliant stay. Will make it a stay from now on in transit. Many food restaurants within the foodie street, and a convenience shop 24hr. Lobby also has a small shop. About 30 rmb Grab share rider to airport. Friendly staff, excellent room facilities and general hotel facilities.

The room is clean. Location of hotel is strategic...easy to look for foods....equipped withwater dispenser...the room i booked is sinhle bed but thr price doesnt seems to be cheap...got breakfast provided...simple breakfast bit no good coffee. coffee machine is used but not being filled with coffee type as displayed

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a good choice for a short stay before a flight. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The stay was decent overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location, with plenty of food options nearby, so there's no need to dine at the airport or Mitsui Outlet Park unless you prefer to. There's also a convenience store within the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel offers self-check-in kiosks, and the security guard was friendly and helpful in guiding guests through the process. However, the kiosk system could be improved, as there was a noticeable delay between steps which made the check-in process feel slower than expected. Guests can also book the airport shuttle service at RM15 per person, which is a convenient option for traveler (can email enquire first). As for the room, the amenities were adequate for a short stay. However, only a hand and body wash was provided, with no separate shampoo available. The bathroom was quite compact, but still functional and sufficient for one person to use comfortably.

Please note that parking is public and requires a mobile app for payment.
