ibis Styles Sepang KLIA

This was not my first stay at Ibis Styles, and once again the experience did not disappoint. As a returning guest, I continue to choose this hotel because of its consistently excellent service and comfortable stay. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit pleasant from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle service, which is convenient and adds great value for travelers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely continue to return whenever I visit the area. Highly recommended!

Chose the hotel because it is located quite near to Sepang International Circuit for a music festival. There are free shuttle bus services between KLIA T1, KLIA T2 and the hotel at different timing. Staff from housekeeping and reception are helpful and friendly. Facilities are great - with swimming pool, gym, filtered water in the hotel. As the hotel rooms are all on level 1 and the hotel is located next to the greenery, do note that there will be tiny insects.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here, especially the pool area as we had it mostly to ourselves. We had a late flight, so paid extra for a late check out and it was wonderful to just be able to relax until it was time to head to the airport. We only used the shuttle bus upon departure even though you can use it both ways. This was because of the timing, it runs on the hour during the mornings but after lunch there are a few 2 hour gaps, but it is fairly close so we used Grab to get there rather than waiting over an hour. We would go back again, but we did find drinks and food a little on the pricey side.

The staff are really friendly and attentive. Well mannered and soft spoken. Very professional every time from the front desk to the restaurant. All are amazing. The pool are great for family with kids. The room are spacious and clean. Room service are the best! Really love the attitude and attentiveness from the team.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job daily. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was decent and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, good value for money and recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those who need to travel the next day and want to relax beforehand. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing could be better, but fortunately the guests were quiet throughout the night. The hotel's real gem is the swimming pool. It is large enough to accommodate many guests and was exceptionally clean. The only area that could be improved is the communication regarding the free shuttle service, including its schedule and the pick-up location at the airport. There was no information available in the app or on the hotel's website. In the end, we gave up and took a Grab instead. For this reason, I am sharing the shuttle schedules and pick-up location here to help future guests.
