Location was good for easy find food. The place have provide towels, slippers and earplugs, place very quite for take a rest when waiting next flight

It is very good option if you layover at KLIA. Good location, clean and easy check-in and check out. They provide ear plug if you are light sleeper The only thing I comment is each capsule has no door, you only get a blind to pull down for privacy.

Pretty good. Right outside the exit on the second floor, super convenient for a layover. Security: Safe, entry is secured with a password, and there are password-protected lockers too. Facilities: Comprehensive, with showers 🚿, a safe, disposable toothbrushes, slippers… everything you need, very convenient. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Quite good. Service: Great. The lady at the front desk helped me sort out a room change issue.

Excellent service and well-appointed facilities! They offer a variety of free coffee, milk, snacks, and even hot water. The staff were very helpful and patiently guided us on how to use everything.

The location is super convenient, right on L2 of T1. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and efficient. For a capsule hotel, the cleanliness is acceptable. It's quite small though.

Everything is good only 0 soundproof is big problem, can't fall asleep whole night, non stop guest moving sound, coughing, snoring. Earpiece and even noise cancellation headset won't help.
