This hotel is super convenient for those needing to spend the night at the airport. The room itself was quite spacious. However, you absolutely *must* wear the hotel slippers because there might be sharp objects on the carpet. My foot actually bled because of it.

Noise, bugs, and management that ignores your complaints. Spent two nights in a solo room in the shared bathroom area. First night from 11 PM till 5 AM was non stop noise. Second night in progress and quite an adventure. I have a midnight flight so figured I'd try to sleep... 4:00 - half hour of blissful sleep. 4:30 - the beginning of two hours of doors opening and closing endlessly. You hear the sharp metal clank EVERY time a door opens and closes. It is LOUD. 6:30 - other guests decide to congregate and scream at one another in the hall. 7:00 - loud thumbing bass from music nearby. Not obnoxiously loud, but enough to disturb sleep. 7:30 - three shared showers in the hall... you hear everything. Listening to a guest clear his throat and spit in the shared shower repeatedly for 20 minutes. 7:50 - I give up. It'd be easier to sleep on the plane. 8:00 - Noticing bite marks and bugs in my bed all of the sudden.... further looking into it and discovering not only small oval bugs on the bed, but an army of ants marching along the walls and sdies of the bed. Needless to say the situation did not get better from there. The front desk staff were kind and did switch me to a better room despite my request that they simply refund the seocnd night and let me go. They gave me their reservation team contact info (rsvn.kul@myaerotel.com) who to no surprise has ignored my emails whcih include thorough documentation of the stay including videos and iamges of the bugs. Pros: staff are friendly. Location is convenient. Cons: Everything else. Bugs. Shared bathrooms are dirty. Rooms are smaller than expected and have a funky odor like urine/sweat. Really unfortunate experience. It feels like it could be a great place but between the cleanliness, noise and disgusting coinhabitants I would not recommend a stay.

Everything else was fine, but there's a connecting door between my room and the next one, which made the soundproofing really bad. The neighbors' kids were constantly making noise past midnight, and I couldn't sleep.

This hotel is located at the KLIA2, very convenient for those got transit flight and looking for a comfortable place to rest, the hotel also provide the morning call service. The bathroom is shared bathroom for solo room, the shared bathroom is clean and dry, feel comfortable to use the bathroom.

Is very convenient for us who needs to rush morning flight. Easy check in and out, very friendly front desk. Is rather noisy as we can hear the toilet and others opening or closing door, talking etc. Not sure if this is something that can be resolved. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Location: Unbeatable. It’s right inside the Gateway@klia2 mall (Level 2M). If you have an early flight or a long layover, this is the best choice. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Departure Hall. Room: I stayed in the Solo Plus Room for 6 hours. Even though it was compact and had no windows, it wajs incredibly clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The rainfall shower was a highlight—perfect for refreshing after a flight. Service: Check-in was fast and efficient. The staff understands that transit travelers are often tired and in a hurry.

Convenient location with comfortable beds. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, making it ideal for families with kids on a layover. The departure hall is just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, there's a free shuttle from T1, which is super handy.

Room is ok, good location of course, but it’s too expensive when comparing with rates and services. Always hearing anyone talking outside the whole night, sounds from other rooms or from the walkway, even very tired, couldn’t sleep almost the whole night 😐

This airport transit hotel is quite spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. Thankfully, I was only staying for one night. If you're coming from T1, you'll need to take the shuttle bus. There are Huayang restaurants both upstairs and downstairs; the one on the second floor is open until midnight.

Stay for 6 hrs+ with solo room & shared bathroom. Everything is good and perfect for solo travels. Near to departure gate & opposite to texas chicken so it’s easy to grab a meal. Didnt complain about the price coz it’s inside the airport. No comment. But still comfortable and pleasant.

Very easy access from arrival.. room was great ! We had a nice rest before catch the morning flight

Nice clean room for waiting night transfer the price also ok because in airport but the service is just ok no good no bad but hope can have improvement TQ

Clean and cozy transit hotel at KLIA2. Sure will book this hotel if travel to KL for transit
