There were even small cockroaches on the bed, sleeping with me. Large cockroaches would scurry across my feet while I walked around the room, and even joined me in the shower. The key card didn't work, messages went unanswered (read but no reply), and calls weren't picked up. Completely irresponsible with no resolution provided. I had no choice but to check out in the middle of the night and move to a hotel. I've attached proof of hotel payment.

Awful! Check in was terrible. We booked this through Trip.com and when we got to the place at almost midnight they sent us a form to be completed failing which we would not get the room number. This while we are standing in a non air conditioned 'reception' talking to a security guard. The hotel was difficult to find with 7 drivers cancelling the ride because they could not find the location. We finally entered the room a few minutes before midnight to find it not very clean and quite smelly. There was no washing machine even though it is listed on Trip.com and no toiletries other than shampoo and shower soap. Also no drinking water nor even a water filter. The next morning we found the cleaners cleaning the common areas (passage) with dirty water smelling like sour vomit. The booking confirmation stated a check out time of 12pm but in the morning we got a message from the host management "reminding" us that check out is at 11h50. Seioulsy! Not recommended at all. A rating of 1 is too much.

Okay for a one night stay. There's dust and crumb on the carpet.But everything else is okay. Would prefer if they provide microwave at least.

Everything good, clean and comfy, near airport, check in also easy. only 1 problem, PARKING. we unable to park inside the building, all the visitor park is full, and we can see 1/2 car left untouched, full of dust, seems like has been left for months. visitor park is for visitor come and go, not permanently keep the car. better remove the visitor park signage on top of the abandon car. However, please come and stay in this good place.

There was a lot of cockroaches in the toilet and smell of cigarettes in the room even the house rules stated is non smoking.

Worst stay ever. Room was dirty, nothing like the photos, hallway and elevator very old. Host didn’t reply until the next morning. I had to book another hotel. Trip.com only refunded half. 👉 Tip: Book a proper hotel and always choose refundable options.

This is my second time staying in this building. This particular unit is significantly better than the one I rented previously. The moment I walked in, it had a lovely scent, and even the towels smelled fresh. It features one queen bed and one single bed, and the room offers ample storage and hanging space. The bathroom was spotless. I will definitely book this place again if I need accommodation in the Sepang area.
