Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis (Airport Hotel)

My fault not checking reviews properly but this is NOT NEAR THE AIRPORT. You need to factor in 40 minutes to get to airport: all cars at least 20 min drive away (in a warehousey area so no cars idling) plus additional 20 minutes drive to the airport. No walking options, hotel bus is only every 2 hours so unless you are lucky with timing it's pretty unhelpful. Booked it as we landed at 11 pm and had an early morning flight the next day, was not convenient at all (which was supposed to be the whole point) and had to add extra charges for grabs there and back which were not cheap. Also no food delivery as too far from everything, in case you land later like we did. Luckily reception sold some cup noodles. The first room we were given wasn't very clean, foot prints on the floor, and lot's of dust in the corners, plus full of mosquitos. Staff kindly moved us to a higher room which was better for mosquitos. Rooms are also TINY. Very tight for 2 adult to move around and we didn't even have suitcases luckily, only duffel bags.

The room was quite small and a little humid, but it was clean and well maintained. The price was reasonable, and the free airport shuttle service was very convenient. Its location near the airport makes it a good choice for transit travellers. If I have a long layover or transit again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

There are 2 tune hotel. This is the one further from the airport about 30 minutes ride. They do provide shuttle service from KLIA2 but within specific timeslot.

Enjoy the room & airport view, got a free shuttle to KLIA 2 every 2 hours, but the hotel parking charge quite expensive.

The room is small but just right to just sleep for the night. For such a cheap price, the room is cleaner than i expected! We stayed one night for the Asia Top Music Festival and this place is closer to the Sepang circuit so a great one to book if you have an event there. About a 20 mins-ish drive.

The room is small, food is so so, but the service is amazing. All of the staff were adorable - from the receptionists at the lobby counter, to the security guards, the cashiers at the restaurant, and even the customer service staff who replied to my emails. And a special thanks to the lobby manager at Tune Hotel KLIA2 - he was willing to add my name to the shuttle bus reservation list when there was an issue with my pre-booking, and also reminded me to double-check my information for the return trip. For those who are considering staying here, if you need accommodation around the airport area, you can consider the two Tune hotels. They provide free shuttle bus services (it actually helps lots cause it’s not easy to take a taxi around) and are always ready to assist you through the hotline and email support. This was not my first time visiting Malaysia, but your help truly made a big difference for me.

There are 2 Tune Hotel. One is very closed to KLIA2, another one is quite far. Pls make sure you book the correct one.
