The moment I stepped into the house, the floor felt damp, as if no one had stayed there for a long time. There was a dusty smell throughout the entire place, and the floor was sticky, which was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom sink also had a leak; water would seep out every time it was used, and there were cockroaches on the floor, which really impacted the living experience. On top of that, the TV wouldn't even turn on. The only saving grace was that the air conditioning was quite cool, allowing us to at least get a good night's rest. Overall, the experience needs significant improvement.

It's pretty good. The room is spacious enough for a family of four, and the swimming pool is also nice.

The room was spacious and modern looking. The cleanliness there was not great due to dust and debris in the side of the sofa and also a few stains on the bed sheets. In the bathroom, there was 2 roaches and also the bidet holder was broken. The water heater also didnt work very well. Air cond was cold and nice. The location was great since it had a mall beside it and good food spots. The water kettle was a little but dirty. The lighting in the room is also very dark. To summarize, the hotel is a little bit dissapointing even though for a one day stay there but the only thing that kept its expectation is the very strategic location.

bathroom didn't have a dustbin, or handwash/body wash. no water bottle provided, though the people around were really helpful and the pool was good too but worst of all they gave us a broken tv.

We loved our stay here! Since we booked on Trip.com, the company didn’t have our WhatsApp to notify us the check in information so that was pretty frustrating. Aside from that this booking is an apartment style. Either paid onsite self laundry, gym and a swimming pool. There are also Convience shops onsite and lots of restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay; only about a 25 min drive from the airport.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The location was super convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and attentive, always quick to respond. It was also quiet and comfortable. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it.

I read a blog that said the hotel is 15 minutes walking distance away from klia Airport and booked a room at the hotel thru trip.com. The blog claims it received advertising fee from the hotel. Anyhow, once I got to the airport and googled it, it was more than 3 hours away and 20 plus minutes in driving. I wasn't sure if I can get a ride from the hotel 5 in the morning and was not about to take the chance. So I demanded full refund thru trip.com and was denied. This is not just misleading of information but downright a SCAM.

The management ask me paid the deposit RM100 but they no refund to me when I check out 48 hours .

Never book this place as they will scam your deposit. No refund after 48 hours.

Bad experience during check in.

I been there for the 2nd time , 1st time i chose another agency in the same building. I see the room of Core by DreamSpace is Minimalist. The other Agent, has a better Deco and more Cosy. both size room same and seems toilet is standard. I like the location close to airport 8 km and has facilities around walking distance.
